Service sucks waited literally 3 hours for my food just to find out another dasher took it and they won't remake my order it's their fault for not paying attention to the orders!!! DNT order from her they're seriously sucks

I am handicapped and had two big breakfast with hot cakes delivered and the hot cakes were thin and were like shoe leather. They were stuck together and broke apart when you tried to separate them. I called and spoke to the manager and soon as I told her I was handicapped and could not drive back that I had them delivered she hung up on me. Nice way to be treated......

I went in to mcdonalds tried to order family bundle which is 2 big macs, 2 cheesburgers, a 10 piece nugget for 22 dollars and the manager she said we dont have that , well i got it there before , and tried to order the cookie tote. She says all you get is 2 cookies well i hot the cookie tote there twice and shes telling me i didnt i know the people there that took my , order she basically called me a liar, well someone needs to go back to training she had no clue, she needs to get spoken too shes rood to customers, needs a sensitivity course

Place should shut down with the service they have I don’t care how packed it is it’s impossible for a fast food place to be 3 hours late with an order and then gave our order to the wrong people I blame the managers because the employees are a product of them it’s sad the district should rehire at this location it’s sad

Worst service I’ve ever had. Food sat for 10 mins as the manager and employees print out new tickets and package up other orders that were placed well after mine. If you want good service, don’t come here. Can’t even get a receipt correctly. Unacceptable.

I was on a long drive and I was hoping to have a good meal while I was driving. The food was not made with care.And the fries will wait past their holding ti ended up throwing most of it away on the weigh.I wish they would go back to the way.It used to be when people have respect for their uniforms.They are Demeanor Not. A conversation that they're having with their friends.

I suggest you guys don’t come to this McDonald’s. They don’t have any customer service. I went in to the McDonald’s because I drive oversize vehicle and I can’t go through the drive-through when I went in. I tried to place my order on the little machine they have that you can place it and pay with a credit card the machine after I place my order said it was error. Please go see the nearest customer service agent or cashier. I went over there stood there for about 20 minutes. I didn’t even get acknowledged finally I found one of the staff member sweep in the floor and I asked him if he could help me and he said no I can’t And he didn’t even bother trying to get somebody to help me. I stood there for another five minutes then I called the 800 number on the door for customer service. Got the voicemail. Left a voicemail. I would highly recommend you do not come to this McDonald’s customer service sucks And I will not take the post down even if they offer me a couple free.
UPDATE: 02/25/2022 DISGUSTING, I don't even know why I bother. See Pic* this is how my nigglets came* I'm already freaked out about eating chicken nuggets from McDonald's. This does not help...?
Update: it's hit or miss here, This afternoon (1348) 11/17/21 it was A Hit! The young person accepting my payment was pleasant and happy to provide me with a receipt upon request without judgment. The young lady that handed me my burger had super cute festive nails. Burger was Bomb, freshly pressed.
I have the McDonald's app and one of the coupons in the app was buy one McCafe beverage get one for $0.25 or something like that so I inquired if my strawberry banana smoothie was a McAfee. The worker told me it wasn't but then I was able to scan my McCafe beverage free reward... Buy 5 get one free so if that worked how is it not a McCafe? And then see pic for what I got back for change.? Please just open a roll of quarters!

I asked for a Kit Kat McFlurry and the girl gave me an Oreo one it didn’t look right so I questioned her specifically and she assured me it was correct. Got home and it was not. Come on people how hard can it be!!
