Over priced and not worth it on any level. French onion soup was just barely warm. Chicken avocado BLT thrown together sloppy and barely edible. Very very disappointed in this chain as a whole ! $15-16 and didn’t even get a beverage.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
“A Dependable Choice for Fresh Food and a Welcoming Atmosphere!”

Panera Bread consistently delivers an exceptional dining experience, whether I’m stopping by for a quick bite, picking up lunch to-go, or settling in with my laptop for a work session. The quality of their food, friendly staff, and clean, comfortable environment make it a standout option.

The menu is thoughtfully crafted with something for everyone. From their freshly baked bread to the flavorful soups, salads, and sandwiches, everything tastes fresh and feels wholesome. My personal favorites are the Fuji Apple Salad and the Broccoli Cheddar Soup—always satisfying and perfectly prepared. Their seasonal items also add a nice variety, and I appreciate how they incorporate fresh, in-season ingredients.

The customer service is another highlight. Staff members are consistently courteous and attentive, whether you’re dining in or using the drive-thru. On one occasion, my order was slightly incorrect, but the team promptly corrected it with professionalism and a smile. That level of service builds trust and keeps me coming back.

The ambiance at Panera Bread is equally inviting. The dining area is always clean and cozy, with plenty of natural light and comfortable seating. It’s a great spot to catch up with a friend or get some work done, thanks to the free Wi-Fi and easy access to electrical outlets.

Another plus is the Panera app and rewards program. It’s incredibly user-friendly and makes online ordering seamless. The rewards are genuinely worthwhile—I’ve redeemed several for free drinks and bakery items, which is a nice perk for regular customers.

Overall, Panera Bread strikes a perfect balance between quality, convenience, and comfort. Whether you’re craving a hearty meal or a quick coffee break with a pastry, it’s a reliable and enjoyable choice. Highly recommended!

Very good place! The interior is modern and clean. We ordered on one of the built in iPad’s and the wait time was short. The food was also great, my personal favorite being the Mac and Cheese with potato chips.

Vegetarian options: Plenty of items are veg, including many sandwiches, soups, Mac and Cheese + a lot more!

Wheelchair accessibility: The place is very wheelchair friendly, with a ramp from the parking lot to the sidewalk. Then you go into Panera.

Large iced coffee lid didn’t fit my cup, it exploded all over my clothes and car. Google search shows this has been a Panera problem for over a year.

This Panera store needs to hire more staffs and improve customer service to speed up the food process. Otherwise, customers will have to wait a long time for their pre-orders.

Had to mark it down because no female products (machine) in the bathroom. May not be this location's fault, but, come on, Panera!

Kid-friendliness: Panera is my daughter's favorite restaurant.

Not too crowded. They are running out of sides or put a wrong type of bread. Not bothered to change it when complained also.

The slowest drive thru EVER. Each car takes about 10 minutes to get served each time. Do not recommend using drive thru if you are needing to be somewhere on time.

Passing through area, like Panera's soups. Ordered through the tablet. Stood at the counter because the big hanging lights over the seating areas covered up the lettering so it motivated a worker to get off her rear and come to the counter. When she was told I already put in an order, she gruffly pointed to the partially obscured window and went back to her computer that I pulled her away from. What are you getting paid for exactly? Food was prepped well and kitchen staff were a little nicer. Glad to not need to come back through...

Unfortunately found a hair in my girlfriend’s salad. They quickly remade the order however and also offered complimentary credit to use next time we dined at the franchisee’s panera locations.

Store was very clean and empty. Food was ok. Souffle could have been warmed up. Dark coffee was lukewarm.
No microwave? Long wait for someone to show up behind the counter. Buzzer went off and order missing item. Almond milk dispenser empty. Not one smiling employee.
My take: employees hate it there, but fufill minimum requirement to stay emplyed.
Too bad as We like Panera for their consistency as we travel.

Went here Saturday, August 10th ,24 nice employees it's a newer location, less than a couple years old . It was pretty inside very clean and very big inside. This location does a hopping business. We decided to try something different each time we go to Panera Bread. Good experience! I like shopping up here at Hudson Commons . There adding some new stores up there like a new Paperstore I'm excited about that !

Food is delicious, but nothing is under 1000 calories (cookie+smoothie+food is about 3000 calories...you'll be obese in a week), and everything is expensive. Only visit if you can control what you can eat and if you'll stay and use the facility. It's not a place to do drive-through as you can get the same much cheaper elsewhere. Lobster roll is cold, not great taste, and a ripoff. Go to 99 to get one, warm with butter and much better.
