Food was as expected. Service was A+. I used the drive through and the attendant noticed my dog and offerred a biscuit.
Nothing was working. No bathrooms. No fountain drinks. Never saw a real person.
Great food! Has a massive variety for what you might like and has a clean, nice atmosphere. Has clean tables and seats and has great service with kind waiters! Clean bathrooms and overall inside of the restaurant is really good. Not to mention that the prices are cheap and anyone can go there if they want something quick and cheap to eat while it is delicious!
Ordered on Uber Eats. Admitted they had double sold the items I had ordered and therefore did not have them anymore. They offered other items that I did not want, so I declined and told them to cancel the order and refund it. They did not cancel the order, and instead another delivery person was sent to pick up the food from them that would not be there. I cancelled the order so as not to waste the time and money of the delivery person. As a result, I was left without any refund, and the store got all the money. Very manipulative and awful. Highly disappointing.
Food was pretty good but over all expensive
Good panera, just like the others
Never eaten steamed bread before. Pls fresh avocados or nothing in it.
One female employee was on break, having her dinner. She immediately got up and helped us. Thank you so much.
I got a rapid pick up order. My order was missing food items that I PAID for and were listed on the receipt and were signed off on as being checked.
The attitude of the staff was hostile when I asked where my order was that I had placed for a scheduled in advance order. It took me a few minutes to even get someone who could tell me where’s my order was.
Always a great place to have a little business meeting..

It’s just OK. My mac was way overcooked - the sauce was broken and clumpy. My sandwich was alright, but the tomatoes were past their prime, and it had the wrong type of cheese (I order the sandwich as-is plus some bacon). I order the same meal every time, and haven’t had any ‘complaints’ until I ate at this location. The Marlborough one is much better. There were about 5 other patrons in the store… bummer. It was edible, but nothing beyond that.
I will say that the sandwich seemed to be assembled with care.
Over priced and not worth it on any level. French onion soup was just barely warm. Chicken avocado BLT thrown together sloppy and barely edible. Very very disappointed in this chain as a whole ! $15-16 and didn’t even get a beverage.

“A Dependable Choice for Fresh Food and a Welcoming Atmosphere!”
Panera Bread consistently delivers an exceptional dining experience, whether I’m stopping by for a quick bite, picking up lunch to-go, or settling in with my laptop for a work session. The quality of their food, friendly staff, and clean, comfortable environment make it a standout option.
The menu is thoughtfully crafted with something for everyone. From their freshly baked bread to the flavorful soups, salads, and sandwiches, everything tastes fresh and feels wholesome. My personal favorites are the Fuji Apple Salad and the Broccoli Cheddar Soup—always satisfying and perfectly prepared. Their seasonal items also add a nice variety, and I appreciate how they incorporate fresh, in-season ingredients.
The customer service is another highlight. Staff members are consistently courteous and attentive, whether you’re dining in or using the drive-thru. On one occasion, my order was slightly incorrect, but the team promptly corrected it with professionalism and a smile. That level of service builds trust and keeps me coming back.
The ambiance at Panera Bread is equally inviting. The dining area is always clean and cozy, with plenty of natural light and comfortable seating. It’s a great spot to catch up with a friend or get some work done, thanks to the free Wi-Fi and easy access to electrical outlets.
Another plus is the Panera app and rewards program. It’s incredibly user-friendly and makes online ordering seamless. The rewards are genuinely worthwhile—I’ve redeemed several for free drinks and bakery items, which is a nice perk for regular customers.
Overall, Panera Bread strikes a perfect balance between quality, convenience, and comfort. Whether you’re craving a hearty meal or a quick coffee break with a pastry, it’s a reliable and enjoyable choice. Highly recommended!

Very good place! The interior is modern and clean. We ordered on one of the built in iPad’s and the wait time was short. The food was also great, my personal favorite being the Mac and Cheese with potato chips.
Vegetarian options: Plenty of items are veg, including many sandwiches, soups, Mac and Cheese + a lot more!
Wheelchair accessibility: The place is very wheelchair friendly, with a ramp from the parking lot to the sidewalk. Then you go into Panera.

Large iced coffee lid didn’t fit my cup, it exploded all over my clothes and car. Google search shows this has been a Panera problem for over a year.
