Waited 50 mins for a burger and hot dog. When we came in we were the only people in the dinning room. They forgot about us and served others that came in after us. It would of been better if the admitted to the mistake that they forgot about us. Fries were cold because they were cooked 30 mins ago. They did make new fries for us.

er online order said it would be 50%off but when we tried to order it didn't work and we called them and they would not answer the phone after we tried twice at oneone papi ginos and once at another one and they didn't answer either so we went to ctal

New post: I had to change from 5 stars to 1 (if i could give negative i would!) I placed my order online, said order would be ready 8:03. I placed ordered at 7:40. I showed up 8:05 and they hadn't even started my order!!! I left at 8:30! Original post: Food and wait time at this location is much better then the one in Marlboro. Staff is always friendly!

Hello it's your friendly paramedic here. I'm new to the area and excited to try out all of the different spots. I'm a New Yoker I have pretty high standards when it comes to pizza (and other things like cheesecake but I digress). I went to Papa Gino's intending to get two slices of pizza for a quick lunch. I ordered my pizza and had to wait a good five minutes until the pizza came out of the oven, was sliced and given to me. I don't mind waiting, especially if you can see the food being prepared right in front of you. However, if you are expecting to come in and out, you might want to call ahead or be prepared to wait a bit. As far as the pizza goes, it was very tasty, good portion, right amount of cheese and a well done crust, no complaints. I also liked seeing the store manager working along with his team, serving the pizza and actively helping the customers.

They tell you 20 min when you order by phone , you show up and you wait and wait. Horrible crew. Its to bad , I like the food .
