Went out to dinner on what turned out a very busy night. There was a longer than anticipated wait and when seated the table was right next to the kitchen. The place was hoppin and this was not an ideal location as it was loud. We stopped Simon who was busy with everything but listened to our concerns and promptly found us a better table. Once there the spot was super cold as the AC had just been started and we were right under a vent. We asked Jen if there was anything that could be done and she saw to it that the vent was turned off. Thanks to Simon and Jen our dinner out was saved

Delicious burgers, kale ceasar salad and wings and I haven't tried their famous flatbread pizzas yet. I cant wait! My first visit was last night 9/17 and met Sammie and Tasos who were warm, hospitable and welcomed me immediately and invited me back in the same visit. Looking forward to my next visit.

TL;DR - For a small town, the food isn't too bad at all. I'd come here again. Any criticism I have is pretty small.
Food:
- Feta Truffle Fries: The fries had a very nice flavor and they were cooked perfectly. One critique is that it seems that the fries were soaked in water too long as the centers are very mushy. Given that the cooks are doing a fine job of preparing the fries on the line, I'd suggest shorter soaking times. Other than that, they have a nice flavor.
- Farmer's Market Flatbread: The flatbread had a decent taste but (and probably no one will agree with this) there was an excessive use of garlic. The sauce is very sweet too. I'd recommend roasting the veggies first to remove water, decrease the garlic used for balance, decrease the sauce sugar content, and either increase the over temp with more wood or increase the cooking time to crisp the botton of the dough.
- Jalapeno Bacon Burger: Contrary to the description I was given, this is not a smash burger. If I had known, I would have gotten it medium rare instead of well done. The jalapenos are not fresh and seem to either be from a can or a pickled solution. The taste is decent but the size is quite abundant.

We had a great time here last night!!
It was super busy, high energy, but mellow manager Tracy assured us correctly that the 20 min wait was more than worth it.
Our fig walnut flatbread,, chicken parm bowl, eggplant parm, beer and crème brûlée left us wishing we had one in California. Bravo Rail Trail!

Several times recently our take-out orders have been wrong - missing food; no or wrong dressing on salads; missing meat requested to be added to salads; flatbreads look like they were sitting for a while; estimated pick up time drastically wrong (20-30 minutes longer than estimate provided). We always give 20% tip - which we shouldn't. We will not be ordering take out any longer from Rail Trail - 3 strikes in a row and you are out. Buyer beware - Check your order and food before you leave the restaurant if you are getting take out.

The Food is absolutely amazing, definitely the best flatbread/pizza I had in my life! The menu is very creative and fresh. The service was awesome! They really have the best staff that really cares! Lastly the atmosphere is just something you've got to experience! It's a definite stop if you're coming through Hudson Mass.

Tracy and Isabel were fabulous! Please consider taking over the space in North Easton, Ma! Once occupied by La Cucina! We need this in our town! Also on a rail road trail!

The front desk answered the phone and immediately hung up.
We had to pivot plans for my bridal shower due to weather, and reached out to Rail Trail to see if they could accommodate our large group of 18 last minute on a Saturday afternoon. They were so kind and accommodating, and the whole experience became a “happy accident” as everything about our service and experience was fantastic! Grace, our server, was so sweet and attentive and made us feel like her only party despite having multiple tables on a busy, rainy day. Everything we ate and drank was great! So glad we ended up here and looking forward to coming back.

Had a really fantastic lunch here. The food is really good and the service is so friendly! We were passing through on a drive up from DC and a friend of ours who is from the area recommended this place. Ordered the Thai sesame tofu bowl and chicken bacon ranch flatbread and both were really yummy - I was impressed at the variety of the menu. Our server Rachel was amazing! She was so attentive and friendly and made great recommendations. Would come back and sit in her section again :)
