Went out to dinner on what turned out a very busy night. There was a longer than anticipated wait and when seated the table was right next to the kitchen. The place was hoppin and this was not an ideal location as it was loud. We stopped Simon who was busy with everything but listened to our concerns and promptly found us a better table. Delicious burgers, kale ceasar salad and wings and I haven't tried their famous flatbread pizzas yet. I cant wait! My first visit was last night 9/17 and met Sammie and Tasos who were warm, hospitable and welcomed me immediately and invited me back in the same visit. Looking forward to my next visit.

TL;DR - For a small town, the food isn't too bad at all. I'd come here again. Any criticism I have is pretty small.

Food:
- Feta Truffle Fries: The fries had a very nice flavor and they were cooked perfectly. One critique is that it seems that the fries were soaked in water too long as the centers are very mushy. Given that the cooks are doing a fine job of preparing the fries on the line, I'd suggest shorter soaking times. Other than...
