Probably the slowest of Starbucks I've ever been to. The staff clearly do their best but are not set up right to balance the drive-thru and mobile orders with the Dine-In customers and ordering a latte at the counter often takes me 10 minutes to get my drink. Definitely need to hire more staff

Honestly this is probably the worst Starbucks around. You wait 20 minutes in the drive thru to feel like you’re a burden for coming and for the order to be completely wrong.

I WENT IN AND ORDERED A DE CAF COFFEE AND BY THE TIME IT WAS ORDERED IT WAS JUST SHORT OF 9.00 . HERES THE KICKER, I WAITED A WHILE AND HAD TO GO. I GET INTO THE CAR AND PULL OUT AND LOOK INTO MY CUP AND 1/3 TO 1/4 WAS GONE AGAIN! WHEN I went back another day and explained they said , oh well sorry. That is 2 times this had occurred. NOW there are a few Happy faced, customer oriented employees, a g young man named Nicky and a pleasant your lady I will find out her name again. Starbucks is getting over priced and not standing behind their product.

I asked for extra caramel drizzle ? usually they do one swirl around the cup so today I asked for them to go crazy.. expecting extra caramel drizzle and I got 5 inches of caramel instead ? as a Starbucks partner do better ? I said go crazy not diabolical ?

I had been told at another Starbucks location that my beloved 2008 custom Starbucks gold card was no longer valid, but the gentleman here was very nice about letting me know that was inaccurate information. My drink was well made as well.
Parking: Parking right by the door was in short supply, but there was plenty a little further away.

Tried frappuccino 3 times here, everytime it tasted bad like water with some oily whipcream in it. I went back to Marlborough Starbucks and verified it tastes like starbucks. I'd never come here again.

I went on a drive- thru on this location asked for an oat milk shaken espresso with 4 shoots they gave me a cup with basically just oat milk ! I always get the same coffee in different locations they seem to make right but on this location it’s always more cream no coffee also I asked if they had it cheese danish the lady told me yes we do then she right way laugh and said no we don’t like it was a joke ! I went to the store to ask them why they didn’t had the 4 shots the lady toldme that they made it the right coffee ! didn’t even offer to give me a shot or something! Come on Starbucks you guys charge a fair amount to serve poor quality coffee with not well trained employees!

Ordered it through the app, said 3:09 it would be ready. It’s. Is 3:17 and still not ready or even started even though I got the alert that they were working on it. The barista I spoke with said they were really back up and “would get to it”. Terrible service with staff that doesn’t care.

I keep giving this location the benefit of the doubt and they consistently let me down. There is absolutely no reason why it should take 15 mins for an ICED TEA! Especially in an empty store, without a drive-thru line, with 4 employees standing around, chatting, with one on bar, taking it one drink at a time.And the app progress is pointless when the “ready to go!” alert is always 5-8 early.
