I went in today and had a great experience!! Victor greeted me as the door opened and was very helpful and positive. I appreciated his great customer service!
Service is great. I usually like to support local coffee shops but the service here is very good and I know exactly how my drink is going to taste. They were very busy and everyone was hustling. I think they should hire more people to add to the experience.

a few days ago we came to your store to pick up my friend's order we are not completely sure but the employee's name was something like zaraiah even though the order was already ready we were kept waiting and completely ignored by her and there were only two employees working (?????) because of this carelessness thee order was 20 mins late if i could give 0 stars, i absolutely would
I love this Starbucks location! The manager is great and I am always greeted by the baristas when I walk in, it just makes the day better!

The two star rating tracks. Starbucks hire more people. I was there off hours at 5 pm on a Saturday and it was still so bad and bathroom not clean

Probably one of the friendlier Starbucks I’ve been to. It’s a great location and considering the employees juggle in store, mobile orders and the drive-thru, they still manage to welcome everyone

I’ve never had anything but great service from the partners at this location, even when the drive thru is slammed. It does take a long time occasionally but I’ve never seen an active Starbucks with a drive thru where that wasn’t the case.
I really like the cafe seating options.
Good recommendations from the baristas when I’m not sure what to get.
If you’re inside and waiting an unusually long time, you can ask politely if your order got lost. They don’t want you to be waiting so long that you get mad either. (Man, these reviews are wildly different from my usual experience)

I come to this location regularly and 9/10 times they are all super!!! Of course every place has that one bad apple but I almost always have a really good experience

I go here a lot as a walk in. I like to work here. Drive through is definitely the focus. As a walk in you will have to wait up to half hour but the ladies here never stop working.

Dear Starbucks - I wanted to alert you to a situation this past Saturday, 14-June, at your Highland Commons store, in Hudson/Berlin Massachusetts. I went to place an order on the app but it said it was unavailable so I went inside. I immediately saw that there were only two people working in the entire store, one girl was taking counter orders, while the other girl was single-handedly taking the drive-through orders, fulfilling them, as well as fulfilling all of the counter orders put in by the girl at the cash register. I don’t know her name but her name tag just said “B.” I want to be clear here, the entire time I was there, she was the only one making drinks, with the exception of one quick bathroom break that she took, during which time the other girl made three hot coffees.
I understand that people from the drive-through were calling the regional manager to complain. I will try to give them a little grace, because they were in the drive-through and didn’t see what was happening inside. And I will also say that the majority of the people INSIDE were very understanding of the situation. However there were of course people that walked out dramatically, one girl who decided to send her drink back twice, multiple people who ended up getting obnoxiously complicated orders, and some other generic jerks. Personally, I waited over 35 minutes for a cold brew. I was going to originally have an espresso drink but opted to change my order in the hopes that it would lighten the load a bit.
At one point, B said to her coworker that doing both ALL the drinks and managing the drive thru was almost impossible, and how she was getting screamed at through the speaker on the drive-through. Absolutely unacceptable. It’s unacceptable that only two people were staffed in such a busy store - that falls squarely on management. I understand that people call out or get sick or no-show, but I think it would’ve been more responsible for you to close the store than to allow two young employees to take the abuse that they dealt with today.
I think B deserves a personal thank you/apology from the regional manager for all that she had to deal with on Saturday. And I hope that people can remind themselves, while waiting in a line for their overpriced latte, that some kid is making crap money, busting their ass. I hope everybody who screamed at B steps on a Lego. I hope the person or people who called the regional manager from the drive-through stub their baby toe on a coffee table in the middle of the night.
I am going to submit a copy of this through your website as well, however I have found in the past reaching out through social media gets a faster response. I’m giving five stars for the food and service and one for atmosphere- and if I could give negative stars to the management, I would.
PS, the cold brew was delicious

Horrible been waiting 30 mins for a strawberry açaí lemonade the girl working today Sunday June 15th @12 pm rudely keeps saying they are under staffed but cleared the entire drive thru line before the mobile pick up so many people walked out payed and never received the drinks they order. She skipped my order several times because I spoke up 15$ I’m not walking 15$ of my hard earned money and trying to spoil myself. Horrible store don’t recommend anyone coming back here

Worst starbucks. Keep driving. Waited 20 minutes inside for a refresher all because people ordered over 12 drinks each online. I guess those get priority. Then asked for a refund. Found out later I was charged again. Since inside was to occupied for walk in customers I went through the drive thru to get my order (which they screwed up) and my origanal refund back. Complete waste of time.

I've been to PLENTY a Starbucks and wow is this the slowest...... gave them the benefit of the doubt but nope. 15 min for a cold brew with oat milk.. I'll pass
