Make sure you put in your order online 30 minutes before you need it. Then it MIGHT be ready. Or, you may get there to pick up and 2 of the 3 baristas working are just chit chatting.

Super slow, and the employees are pretty rude/mean. The one working the drivethru took my 80 cents in change, and shut the door before giving it back to me, which just isn't great business practice. I hope she enjoyed her involuntary tip.

I feel so sorry for the employees of this location as it is clear their district manager and corporate do not care about this location or them. I have been here several times and witness only 2 employees on the floor for long durations of time having to manage cafe orders as well as online and drive thru. This store is constantly running out of product and the counter tops always filled with trash and liquid.The employees here are always attentive and do their best to complete orders in a timely fashion but this past Thursday was a 50% off deal and I mobile ordered and waited over 30 minutes, it would have been longer had the kind barista behind the bar not asked my name to put my order forward.They also explained that if the cafe was busier the mobile orders get pushed behind those and the drive thru. It seems to me like a corporation problem and nothing to do with the baristas working here

Waited in a drive thru line for over 38 minutes to get a single cup of coffee. I would have gotten out of line if they did not box you into the drive thru. Putting in a call to corporate, which they will do nothing about because why would Starbucks care about their customers. just read the answers to the reviews here. please stay away from this Starbucks.

My drink was not made until 32 minutes after it said it would be and that was only cause I went up and asked.. my fiancé drink which was ordered before mine was not ready until 45 mins after it said it would be.. I would not recommend them this location. We are both first responders but luckily we’re both on our day off cause if not we would not be able to wait otherwise cause emergency do not wait.. then we would have just waste over $15 on drinks.

Do NOT GO THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH. I've been trapped here 40 minutes and I haven't even ordered yet. My hellcat literally overheated.Never ever coming back here I just wanted a coffee and now I hopefully don't have engine damage from excessive idling.This is completely ridiculous I should charge them hourly.

Most anticipated starbucks in the neighborhood but disappointed because this is the most beautifully decorated starbucks. Leather seats w beautiful tables throughout the entire store and even an outdoor patio. What i feel time after time here is that the entire staff is rude and nobody even bothers to take your order, or ask you what you've ordered if you're standing around the pickup area. I ordered ice cold brew w no ice and that should take 5min max and thats being generous w time. They took 10 min- waited and nobody bothered to ask what my drink was. It was sitting by the drive through. They are def understaffed and they def need to hire friendlier happy workers because they seem to be having the worst days of their lives. The floor and tables also always dirty and this place has been opened for less than 6months. They need to hire some cleaning staff too.

Standard Starbucks menu, ambiance is a bit messy. The service is short staffed. While I enjoy Starbucks I have never been to one that is so short staffed as far as fulfillment of orders. 4-5 people taking orders and only one making cold beverages and one making hot beverages. They are slammed people have been waiting over 40 minutes for coffee. Over 1/2 dozen refunds were given. I don't get it, the people making the orders do not get paid enough for what they are putting up with.

I was very surprised at this store of how long it took to get a mocha latte. There were not that many customers at that particular time with three staff members working the counter. It took very long to get my order. I always give people the benefit of the doubt and make excuses for them that it could be short staffed, new trainees or something else I am not aware of.Parking: Ample parking and handicap spots.

I waited an hour with my four friend and 3 of us got our drinks after all these people who came in after us got their drinks and then the last friend didn’t even get their drink. Got half of what she payed back and was told to leave.
