This was the slowest place ever due to online ordering. Every person working was helping these online orders, except one guy that wasnt doing anything at all, useless in fact. People that are actually in the restaurant stand there waiting like idiots behind all this online stuff, it literally took 40 minutes from the time we ordered our food until the time we got our food. The fact that we now live in an environment that is online does not mean we the customer should be standing there waiting 40 minutes because the establishment has not enough help.. I am turning 60 this year and j can day this is the slowest service I have ever received.. What makes me even madder is the employees just go about their business while you stand there waiting, nobody asks anything and you feel like just leaving but you cant because they have your money already and then everything stopped when the lady in front of me who ordered online had to say, my food is cold and stuff is missing, that took the entire staffs attention to fix that order, hence the 40 + minutes we waited.. Absolutely unacceptable experience at KFC/TACO BELL Hudson mass.

Went back after having a terrible experience haven't been back for a while . Went there Sunday on March and complete different attitude in there great service they were out of a item and substitution option was presented swift and easy. Food was cooked properly for fast food and timing was good day shift was definitely 👌 guy manager didn't catch his name was definitely on key.

Service and employees: Excellent. Helpful. Food. Kfc chicken pie. Excellent Would get again. Taco Bell. Mexican Pizzas. Horrible. Tasted like cooked in old oil. In edable at $6 bucks each. Cherry pastries. Very tasty. This location could use a makeover. Has not changed in 20 years.

It says it closes at midnight on Friday yet when I pull up at 11pm expecting my order to be taken there was no answer I go and look inside and see 3 people on their phones by the window what kind of service is that. Change your times and your people!!

Place is full of sweaty 40 year old men that can’t do a single thing correctly. Asked for a chicken chalupa with no tomatoes and sour cream. Wanna know what I got? A chalupa with taco meet and tomatoes and sour cream. Also ps a breathe mint goes a long way if you have a customer service job.
