The take out order of KFC BBQ and regular krispy chicken meat was all mixed up and the older male cashier placed the order of BBQ honey chicken only. No apologies.
The meat was way too fatty. We Spat out 1/3 of it beside the bones. Just couldn't chew and swallow the gross amount of fat.
This older latino cashier, whether he was a manager or not, he didn't interact with his staff or any customer in any humanly way. Just angry.
No wonder few people want to visit this place during the busy dinner time.
Worst KFC experience so far in MA.

Dear Lord! The food was terrible and cold and made with the wrong toppings. Tortilla chips looked like something you pull out of the bottom bag at home. All crushed

This is without a doubt the worst Taco Bell in the area. They always skimp on the portions and under-deliver on quality. This time my cantina chicken bowl (pictured) was 2/3 filled and my chipotle steak burritos were anemic as well. Management here seems determined to rip off their customers. Go to the location in Marlboro if possible, it’s the polar opposite.

Worst take out I’ve ever had
Restaurant consistently fails to stock limited time beverages and disables online ordering, even though the KFC in the same building provides it, no online menu is provided, availability of products is not verifiable without calling the restaurant.

This was the slowest place ever due to online ordering. Every person working was helping these online orders, except one guy that wasnt doing anything at all, useless in fact. People that are actually in the restaurant stand there waiting like idiots behind all this online stuff, it literally took 40 minutes from the time we ordered our food until the time we got our food. The fact that we now live in an environment that is online does not mean we the customer should be standing there waiting 40 minutes because the establishment has not enough help..
I am turning 60 this year and j can day this is the slowest service I have ever received.. What makes me even madder is the employees just go about their business while you stand there waiting, nobody asks anything and you feel like just leaving but you cant because they have your money already and then everything stopped when the lady in front of me who ordered online had to say, my food is cold and stuff is missing, that took the entire staffs attention to fix that order, hence the 40 + minutes we waited..
Absolutely unacceptable experience at KFC/TACO BELL Hudson mass.

5/5 stars but Google says they are open until midnight on Sundays when they actually close at 11 PM. I don’t mean any disrespect to Google, but it is their fault!
