I was shocked by how rude the waitress was, maybe understaffed? No idea. Basically threw our stuff at us, first time coming in, just wanted to try to tacos, didn't need any beer. Didn't need a tab.. maybe because it was such a small bill? She literally said hurry up I have a lot going on right now. I'm sure this place is nice for other people but I expect a respectful customer service experience.. I mean basic decency. No tip. Won't be back. Find better help.

I wanted to like it, but the food was bland. The tacos we had lacked seasoning of any kind - including salt. There was no salt available at the table when I tried to salt the taco myself. I should also mention that the chicken taco I had was not fresh, and was lukewarm going on room temperature. The "nachos" were a greater letdown, as they were similarly bland whole-grain chips with flavor-deficient Pico de Gallo sauce and crema, with minimal cheese to speak of and few spices beyond some fresh leafy herb.
The live music playing on this date (Fri 7/5/24) was also too loud for the server to hear us. I had to sit next to my partner so that she could hear me as well.

You'll wait 15 minutes for two tacos during a period when it's completely dead. You'll listen as an employee complains about one of her managers because, "why does she get Sundays off. We all want Sundays off. Why is she special? Her being manager doesn't even make sense." and stuff like that to another employee who doesn't seem to wanna really hear it. When you get your food, it'll have onions. You mentioned an allergy to onions. It'll be cold for some reason, too. At least, that's my single experience here. There won't be a follow up visit.

Kielbasa was excellent. We ordered the pastrami sandwich. We couldn’t eat the meat. Or should I say..fat!! I expected I little fat, being pastrami, but this was terrible! 80% fat.

Taco Gato is at 7 saws brewery in Holden for the season. Everything was wonderful and we asked for the wings to be extra crispy and they did it without issueBurrito was fantastic.

We had a holiday party at Seven Saws in Holden and ordered 44 items from Taco Gato. I worked with their team to make sure items came out in an orderly fashion and they absolutely knocked it out of the park. The food was delicious and fast, the service was 5 stars!! Can not wait to visit again and enjoy more of the food they offer.

The service was horrible we had to get up and ask the waitress to bring us over our chips and salsa after they failed to deliver them. The waitress/staff never took time to check in and see if we needed anything after that. Secondly, their food was dreadful. All of our tacos basically came out cold and soggy. Surprisingly that wasn’t even the worst part about them. The food tasted horrible and was definitely not fresh. I wouldn't be surprised if we got sick from this place. I honestly could have had a 3 year old cook me a better taco than this restaurant was able to deliver.
