We tried Texas Smoke Shack yesterday for the first time. We tried a little of everything. It is hard to pick a favorite. The Texas Twinkie was yummy. The ribs with the dry rub were absolutely delicious. My husband said it was the best brisket he has ever had! Definitely will be going back!
We ordered the Burnt Ends Sandwhich, Mac & Cheese, and the Cowboy Corn.
Everything was packed full of flavor; the Burnt Ends Sandwhich with BBQ sauce was phenomenal. The meat is so tender and melts in your mouth. This food truck is definitely worth visiting!

Ordered online for first time tonight! Drive right up & it was hot & ready right on time. Pulled pork was absolutely delicious!!! Mac n cheese was amazing as was the corn & potato salad - some of the best we’ve ever had!!! Outstanding & we can’t wait to try more!!
