What a PERFECT way to start your day! Was here a year ago and couldn't wait to come back to Hull and come here for a super healthy breakfast. Food- amazing bowls and smoothies. Lucia was awesome in answering questions, accommodating our dietary wishes and making each of our bowls perfect for us The coffee was delicious and again could add in collagen, no problem. A must visit.

Wishing for someone to care. Being told one place opens at 7 sometimes 7:30 in the hotel lobby, still closed at 7:50. Walked across street to their other shop asked for two medium 1 regular one black. Stepped back with two black. $6.50 didn't include the service of putting the cream n sugar in or telling me I need to do it. Now the hotel coffee shop is open after 8.

Ordered a Carmel latte. Lady said” No, we can’t make that.” I literally was watching staff using the espresso machine. So I asked “ is it broken?” She says “ no, it just takes too long to make those drinks and I don’t have enough staff .” There was no line . Plenty of staff as I observed staff creating an espresso drink. This is not how one runs a business!!!!!! This is called being lazy. I’m beside myself. So I ended up settling for something else. A regular easy make cup of coffee. Don’t offer a service if you don’t have the time to make it, it’s that simple! I take my coffee serious.
