The worst Dunkin I have ever been to. They are constantly out of things but don’t remove them from the mobile order like all others do. They refuse refunds and tell you to go to the app for the refund but when you go to the app it directs you to a bot and the boy will offer you 200 points, which doesn’t even cover the item you didn’t even receive. If you call customer service they say it needs to be escalated to the franchisee who never calls you back. Ever. Today I both didn’t receive two items out of five in my order and had hair in my drink, this was after the woman at the window put her entire sleeve in my drink and got mad at me for calling her out on it. The manager is rude and unhelpful (I was also rude back after she was rude to me I will admit that, I started nice and progressed to not). She walks away from situations and chooses not to resolve things instead of handling situations professionally. I drive right past here to go to work and from not on I will leave early for work and go 10 minutes out of my way to go to another one.

Super friendly, no matter how busy. It’s also fun to see the seagulls line up to try their hand and nabbing a doughy treat.
I love their selection of herbal tea, and I love that they have a drive-through which makes it incredibly accessible and a free parking lot, which is a real treat in Hull.

I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese with extra bacon and cheese. Paid $7 for no egg, one slice of cold cheese and almost no bacon. Gross, went into the trash. Waste of money, very disappointed. Going to stick to my usual Dunks from now on.

The shift that starts at 430 am is the only shift that knows how to make the coffee u ask for. Sometimes there's an employee from 4am shift working during the day that knows what they're doing(if ur lucky). 5 shots of caramel means 5 pumps of caramel, not 5 half pumps. French Vanilla Swirl means French Vanilla Swirl not French Vanilla Shots. Asking for a sandwich with toasted English Muffin means Toasted not microwaved. I'd rather wait a few extra mins to get my order right rather than it being rushed and having to go back. I appreciate the work u guys do, I kno first hand working in a kitchen while ppl waiting isnt the easiest but the main goal is to give the customer what they ask for. Thank u

The rudest drive thru I ever experienced. Usually always very nice. On this Sunday the young boy who took the order got it wrong 3 times. Then took all his rage out on me. Just awful disrespectful behavior. Kept walking away and said he didn’t care the way he was acting. Decent Dunkin’ Donuts but don’t run into him.
