The last 3 times I have been there they hand me a cold cup when I have ordered a hot coffee or hot chi tea. The liquid inside was barely Luke warm and it has been that way every time I have gone there in the last month. At this point I'll drive to Weymouth to get Duncan if I want it again.

Bought a breakfast sandwich and after purchasing it, I felt a bit thirsty and asked for some water with it and the guy told me it's $0.78 when I didn't have extra cash on me and the guy says he can't help me then. You think I'm going to keep the sandwich after that, no! I got my money back, went to McDonald's and got 2 sandwiches for the same price as one of theirs and got a large free water!

Staff was very friendly I got my order super quick the place was so clean spacious plenty of tables and seating it was by far one of the best dunks I've been to and I've been two dozens of dunks I want to thank the manager and the owner for keeping it that way we appreciate you

The coffee was fine, but both bathrooms were locked with signs that said, out of service. I call BS! They can't remain open without providing bathrooms to staff. This can be a busy location on a nice beach day. The bathrooms can get sandy. But, locking bathrooms to customers and directing them to a bathhouse a 1/4 mile away on the beach, to avoid cleaning them is unacceptable. I was a paying customer and I needed to go! To make things worse, there were 2 registers but the 5 staff behind the counter just hovered as customers waited instead of perhaps taking more than one order at a time. Very bad management. I hope they enjoy splitting their 8 cent tip.

The worst Dunkin I have ever been to. They are constantly out of things but don’t remove them from the mobile order like all others do. They refuse refunds and tell you to go to the app for the refund but when you go to the app it directs you to a bot and the boy will offer you 200 points, which doesn’t even cover the item you didn’t even receive. If you call customer service they say it needs to be escalated to the franchisee who never calls you back. Ever. Today I both didn’t receive two items out of five in my order and had hair in my drink, this was after the woman at the window put her entire sleeve in my drink and got mad at me for calling her out on it. The manager is rude and unhelpful (I was also rude back after she was rude to me I will admit that, I started nice and progressed to not). She walks away from situations and chooses not to resolve things instead of handling situations professionally. I drive right past here to go to work and from not on I will leave early for work and go 10 minutes out of my way to go to another one.
