Service is via an app, 18% tip not optional. Food server was only service. $12 beer was about 8oz. Small, overcooked burger. Fries were good Uninspired fish taco fell apart and needed a fork to finish. Chardonnay was 🤮. All this was $60.

DO NOT GO HERE. they overcharged me for two food items I did not get and are impossible to reach via phone to sort this issue out. Their pay system is bizarre. You sit down at a table and scan a QR code to order and pay for your food. They then bring out said food but there are no waiters or servers here so don’t expect a check or anything. I ordered the fish & chips and 1 raspberry lime ricky. Well after we left, I get a receipt for those two items, plus another Ricky and a margarita - both of which I did NOT get. They also automatically add an absurdly large tip to your bill and there is no option to let you choose this.

I’ve called and left countless messages to try to sort this issue out and get reimbursed for the two items I did not get. But this place is impossible to get a hold of. Nobody answers the phone or listens to voice messages to call back. Terrible customer service - they have ultimately stolen $$$ from a customer and have zero care about resolving this. The food was also just ok - nothing exceptional. DO NOT COME HERE.

We waited much too long for our food and when my overpriced fried clams arrived they were barely warm and there were so few on top of fries. We ordered calamari which was a mushy mess. The drinks were no big deal either! Will not go back!!

The place is basically self service. The hostess was friendly and welcoming. Ordering is done on your phone. Once you get your food you're on your own.

We went to get pizza which is listed
on the menu online. Apparently they no longer have pizza. I got a veggie burger which was good. My wife got a fish sandwich which was not good.
It's a shame because the location is awesome and the live music was fun.

I gave the service a 1 because there is none. Then the app puts a 25% tip suggestion when you check out

There's better places to go in the area.

Can't say if the food is good or not, but we were treated so rudely by the manager when we arrived to inquire about the wait time for a table, that we will never, ever go back. The owner also berated a waiter in an unprofessional manner. The kid did not deserve it.

I ordered the fried clams for $48. While the clams were tasty there were very few on top of a pile of thick mushy french fries. I don't eat a lot at one sitting, but I was still hungry after finishing it . The clams had a touch of spice in them, which was an interesting twist, but I i'm more of a purist. Much better deal at Woods in Plymouth or Woodmans in Essex for the same price. I know because I have been to both restaurants in the past month. The clams at Woods and Woodmans are so plentiful you cannot possibly eat them all in one sitting. And the batter is light and crispy and the clams taste like clams. Excellent.

The skimpy amount of clams at the Drift is a joke. Insulting, actually. I would never order them again because of that. Oh, and those thick mushy fries, I swear I can still taste them.

Male waitstaff was welcoming and friendly, but the female bartender acted like she would rather be somewhere else.

I like the vibe of the place, the tropical shirts that wait staff wears, the decor and the location with the outdoor seating on the water.

HORRIBLE FOOD!! The cauliflower must be frozen and tostitos French onion dip is better than theirs. Was not a fan of the premade cocktails either. It’s too bad because the view is nice. Will NOT be back

Bring back the old menu. Great atmosphere and service is wonderful, but they overhauled the menu from great options to very average food. This was a hidden gem in Hull and now the food is just like everywhere else.

Do not pass this place up!!! They serve quick bites but the service and food is incredible! Nice vibe great drinks. Ran into the owner and he makes you feel like home. I'm glad i stopped by before leaving the beach.

Definitely not recommend this self plastic cup stop place you need go and get water from plastic bowl for your self 😂, clam chowder terrible lobster roll was just fine no servers come and ask how is everything , order everything true app all come in plastic cups and plates! Beautiful outdoor space, with great live music. You order through a QR code and someone brings out your food. California chicken sandwich with mixed greens was excellent. Plenty of parking too!

Ate there Sunday September 1, ordered lobster ?roll and fish ?sandwich... lobster roll was chopped canned lobster!! No flavor, small portion, rip off price for poor quality food!!! Manager could care less about our business or disappointment with the meal!!! It should be called RIP Offs!!! Pictures on website for lobster roll did not look like the one we had!!! Buyer beware!!! Worst lobster ??roll I've ever seen and ate in 45 years !!!☘?????????

Very disappointed in the Lobster roll for $36. It was all shredded and had an odd flavor. It is made with creme franchise which wasn't the issue. Small portion of fish on the fish sandwich..
