I was out for breakfast with my son and daughter last weekend and the one thing that really irritates me is when my waiter/waitress doesn't come back around to ask how everything is, or if we need anything.... It wasn't busy. My son and I were empty on drinks and she never came back until it was too late! We had the table cleaned up for her. Waited five minutes and then saw her again . No tips for lazy workers.

Very old school homey atmosphere, not much decor. Friendly local regulars during the offseason. However the corned beef hash and eggs were top notch! Recommend.

I love this place. I love the girls that work here. I love supporting a local business. But to the owner who stands at the door and does not smile at guest when they come in. That did not feel welcoming. I’m with my beautiful six-year-old and she deserves a smile if not me! Maybe others feel the same way? And it should be addressed.

Eat there twice a month. Our go to breakfast and love the incredible breakfast sandwich having two eggs and 4 pieces of bacon at a very reasonable price. Love this place. Sit at the bar and strike up a conversation. Could add some muffins to the menu.

Take it from someone who used to work here, do NOT eat the food
Items such as chicken, bacon, fish, etc sit uncovered in the same fridge. Potatoes dropped on the floor in the kitchen are returned to the pot and cooked at the request if the owner/chef. Hygiene itself is also not great in the kitchen, as maggots had started forming in a trash can due to the bag not being changed, and instead the trash itself removed instead of the whole bag.
This place does NOT have a sanitary kitchen, and it is a wonder how it has not been closed yet.

Can't really judge food cause I never got served. Waited for 10 minutes before getting seated (restaurant not even half full), then another 10 minutes at the counter. Nobody even acknowledged that I was there. So I left. Won't be back. Was told people in this beach area of MA are friendly. Not so much here.
