Drinks were great. Lobster guacamole was fantastic. Entrees were good enough, not great. Filet lacked flavor. Gravy lacked flavor and tasted like it came from a jar. Server wasn't great. She struggled to take the order but confirmed what we asked for. My husband asked for mashed instead of fingerling and she said no problem. She didn't bring mashed. It came out with the fingerling. She never came back to ask how our food was. I flagged her down to ask for the mashed he requested and she brought them quickly. She brought is the wrong check but she did recognize that quickly. All in all a mixed experience.

We expected a full menu for Valentine's Day, but apparently the kitchen decided to offer a limited menu. It was presented on a tiny slip of paper with no prices, so we assumed it was pre fixe. It was not and we ended up over ordering. We watched several people walk out and have the same discussion with their waiters as well. It was an unnecessary inconvenience on what should have been a lovely evening. Bonus, they did give all the ladies roses, so that was a nice touch.

Always want to support local businesses and many seem to like this place. Perhaps we have to give it another try?? My friend and I were disappointed, small portions and not that tasty. We were splitting e both got to try 3 different food items and were not impressed at all, for the money,,, not sure its worth it. Yes, I know everything is expensive these days, but at least give a somewhat reasonable portion and it was not very favorable. Butternut ravioli is hard to mess up?? fish and chips were small and dry. $85 bill and left unsatisfied :(

I'm local to Norwood and wanted to get away for my second aniversary., we found Nantasket in Hull and booked a hotel for the night right upstairs from shoreline kitchen. The Food was excellent. There was nothing to complain about besides not being a local to the area. Every dish had a component that made it truly unique and the flavor memerable. I cannot recommend the Chef more then he is a gift to anyone that visits the restaurant. mussels, cacio e Pepe, Burrata salad, Shrimp cocktail, stuffed Cod, and steak tips will blow your mind.

One of the worst dining experiences Ive had in years. I made this reservationweeks in advance with a notice that I am allergic to garlic on my reservation. Consequently, I expected to have some reasonable options when I arrived and the manager greeted us with “I see that someone in your party has a garlic allergy.” A few minutes later, after consulting with the chef, he came over to the table and promised that all but one or two items could be made without garlic. So, when I ordered the steamed lobster dinner and was told that they were out of lobster, I wasn't too concerned. As a substitute, our server recommended pan seared scallops, and I agreed. The entree came with several sides that sounded interesting and the server said that it was her favorite. Since the rice was made with garlic, I agreed to substitute mashed potatoes. A few minutes later, the server came back to tell me the mashed potatoes also had garlic and to suggest the fingerling potatoes instead. My dining companion had ordered clamchoder as an entree and someone from the kitchen brought it out to her almost immediately. I assumed that my meal would be coming within just a few minutes. Sadly, more than 20 minutes later, as my dining companion was finishing her chowder, our server brought me the saddest looking plate of food I have ever seen. On one half of the plate their was a pile of dry looking small scallops. On the other side was an equally unattractive pile of obviously dried out, cold fingerling potatoes—no other sides, no garnish, no effort to plate attractively. Upon tasting the food, I discovered that both items were cold, tough, and tasteless. I honestly would not serve that plate to a dog. When the server came to check on us, I explained that the food was tasteless and she took the plate back to the kitchen to consult with the chef. The chef's response was, well, all of our sauces have garlic, so there really isn't anything we can do—despite the previous promises. Major fail!

Went for the first time recently and after a slow service start, ended up being pleased with our experience. I went for a specific entree no longer on the Menu and decided to try the Crispy Chicken Sandwich along with another member of our party. It may be the best chicken sandwich I ever had! My friend agreed. (reading the earlier revues make me wonder if they've worked on improving it). Their Shore Slaw was great, but not for everyone. My wife ordered Caeser salad with Chicken and commented the Chicken was perfectly cooked. The other member of our party ordered the Burger and commented it was nothing special.Overall our experience was good and we plan to return soon.

Got fish & chips, fish was great, fries were not, my son’s chowder was good (he’s picky & he approved), my husband’s tomato from the burratta salad still had the sticker on it…sooo definitely a mixed reaction to the food. But our waiter was excellent!

This was our first time at this hotel. It is so convenient to restaurants. Very crowded on Labor Day weekend but the weather was beautiful and our room faced the ocean with a balcony. Just beautiful with a full moon reflecting on the water. Rooms are very nice. Nautical themed tastefully done. One elevator wasn’t working in our building but other than that it was perfect.
