The bagels at this establishment are not fit to be called bagels. They are not boiled; then baked so they are essentially rolls with a hole in the middle. By a loaf of bread and save your money.

This in the 2nd and last time I will be going back to B & B 2. I decided to go earlier to see if food was fresher. It was not. Had to cut off ends of pastry this visit as they were hard vs the stale bagels from my last. It was like pulling teeth asking the counter person a couple of questions. The tables were not wiped down, but I did enjoy sitting in the sun and people watching. A smile, a Hi, and/or a thank you goes a long way. You might have better luck hiring retiree's as they at least have manners.

I want to love Bagels and Beyond because they make the best bagels and bagels sandwiches! However, they continue to display a lack of hygienic practices so unfortunately, I won’t eat there anymore. I’ve notified management twice in the past and was assured it would be addressed. Today, I decided to give it another shot. The cashier used her gloves to collect money and then handle food while the person at the grill was checking her cell phone with her gloves on in between food handling. Cell phones are dirtier than toilets. It’s absolutely vile! I do think it’s just a lack of education - the gloves are providing a false sense of cleanliness. Get rid of the gloves or provide education before someone gets violently ill from food contamination.

Had a very good complete breakfast. If they had real potatoes instead of manufactured, it would be over the top.

I have been a loyal customer at the original place- and the bagels are great- but the service at the 2nd one has been the worst/pathetic I have ever seen. I have been 7-8 times and it has always been slow.

Really nice space, friendly employees, and good prices. I got a jalapeño cheddar bagel with jalapeño cream cheese, toasted, and the jalapeño really delivered! It was SPICY! Which I love.
However, the bagel wasn’t very warm or toasty from being toasted which stunk and the bagel was more like bread rather than a bagel. Didn’t have a good crust, chew was okay, but it was squishy with no integrity. I’d give the bagel 3 stars except for the spicy factor which makes me up my rating to 4 stars (I love when places deliver on something they say is spicy).
They have tons of other breakfast items on the menu so I’d love to try something else next time, but I’d expect a bagel place to have better bagels.
