While the food is decent at best with the occasional time I can call it good…. The attitudes of the employees make this place horrid. Snide, too busy chatting, eating, playing on their phone and acting like you are inconveniencing them…. Good thing is another bagel shop opened across the street

I am not a picky eater by any means. But I took two bites out of my bagel sandwich (egg, cheese, avocado) and had to throw out the whole sandwich for fear that I would get sick if I ate any more. The avocado was extremely hard and brown, and the bagel, which I asked to be toasted, was not toasted at all and tasted chalky and stale. Something in there tasted soapy.
This was not my first bad experience here. If it was, I would have moved on and never even written a review about it. But after having ordered here for the third time over the course of a few months -- wanting to give it another chance, with hopes that my equally negative experiences were just anomalies -- nothing has changed. The food is questionable (again, coming from someone who is never picky), and staff are polite but never outwardly friendly or create a warm atmosphere.
Scrolling through other negative reviews, I see that B&B2 has addressed almost none of them, and the few replies they have given are just straight-up excuses, deflections, and unprofessional. I love local businesses, but it seems that this one just ain't it.

Decent bagels but not enough cream cheese on the bagels and really wish they would cut their bagels and bagel sandwiches in half before serving. Makes them difficult to eat. A simple thing to do to.

I think locals are trying to gatekeep this place by posting negative reviews. I got an iced vanilla coffee which was perfectly sweet and rich, one of the best iced coffees I've ever had (they're usually fairly generic). I also got an everything bagel with scallion cream cheese. The bagel tasted fresh, was toasted perfectly, crusty on the outside, soft on the inside with a good chew. Perfect amount of cream cheese to balance it out. Great, friendly service and a great experience overall!

There was a literal clump of dirt in my Cesar salad and a bunch of the lettuce had dirt on it as well

Twice I’ve ordered and NEVER received the correct sandwich. The second time I HAD TO RETURN IT! It was NAAAASTY! Burnt bacon, dried bagel, NO CHEESEas requested. They DO NOT CHANGE GLOVES FROM REGISTER TO COOKING, to HANDLING UOUR SANDWICH. Same old GREASE on the grill with remnants of the previous order.

Maple walnut cream cheese my favorite. I get the gluten free bread. It's good! The bacons crispy. The home fries are perfect! I Door Dash to my house often. So worth it!

Terrible bagel place very disappointed. Ordered at the counter, wrong coffee was made and I was then refunded the wrong amount, new coffee was also incorrect (plain hot coffee with milk was what I was attempting to order). Waited 20 plus minutes after ordering for 2 non-toasted bagels with cream cheese. The actual bagel was decent but not even sliced in half. Wouldn’t recommend going here.
