I have been a loyal customer at the original place- and the bagels are great- but the service at the 2nd one has been the worst/pathetic I have ever seen. I have been 7-8 times and it has always been slow.
Really nice space, friendly employees, and good prices. I got a jalapeño cheddar bagel with jalapeño cream cheese, toasted, and the jalapeño really delivered! It was SPICY! Which I love.
However, the bagel wasn’t very warm or toasty from being toasted which stunk and the bagel was more like bread rather than a bagel. Didn’t have a good crust, chew was okay, but it was squishy with no integrity. I’d give the bagel 3 stars except for the spicy factor...

The bagels (soft and not chewy) and cream cheese are fresh, the Nutella (seasonal) is meh as it’s Nutella mixed with cream cheese, the regular and ice coffee are delicious, and the egg breakfast with small potatoes was delish (my sister added a sausage patty and well worth it). You can’t beat the price and quality. We ate outside. It gets packed during the morning rush. PS. They called our names when the food & coffee were ready.
