Hyde vapes are burnt would not purchase, don't have original packaging anymore but store owner referred me to the company to resolve issue, threw away packaging at store as it is required to open, other than that they're pretty awesome!

Nice cozy place with comfortable seating and great cigar selection. Staff is friendly and helpful. Only indoor public place you can still egally smoke and enjoy a cigar or cigarette with nice tv's with sports playing as long as you buy your smokes there.

I have a defective vape and I brought it Because it wouldn’t shut off after vape kept burning and the guy says too bad. Send it back to the company. He’s so frigging rude. There is a girl there though. She’s very nice and she does help me pick out some great cigars but him he’s an asshole.

This use to be a very pleasant all around experience customer service wise. Now that the Summer is over and tourism has died down so hasn't the Customer Service. The owner is rarely at the store anymore and for whatever reason his daughter is extremely rude ? to the paying customer! It's pretty pathetic that she's ruining her father's business and I along with other customers are taking our $ and business elsewhere

This place needs to be shut down for selling to minors !!!They're the only place that sells Newports in this democrat party controlled state, so you have to smoke one inside the place before you leave, which is fine.The problem is... Someone suffering from alcoholism used someone else's ID to buy butts and since they also sell alcohol he left the place HAMMERED !!!They only care about seeing your ID instead of selling to actual adults.YOU CAN'T TELL IF SOMEONE IS OVER OR UNDER 21 ???Also, the prices are a complete rip off.

This was a great place to go for years before the current owner took over. Yes, he has fixed the place up nicely however, he's charging big city prices and frankly he's about the rudest little p.o.s. on the planet. Years ago before I moved off Cape I was a regular here. Never going back and I suggest the same to others.
Great place to have a cigar, a freshly poured beer, or a cocktail. Very comfortable chairs and great ambience. Highly recommend.

Staff are very rude. Especially if you come in not knowing all of the rules. Yes rules. You are only allowed in the vape room under supervised escort ONE person at a time! When you get in the room you have to "HURRY up and make decision!" You are only allowed one vape (or one pack of cigarettes). Don't ask for both they will get mad. Upon buying the vape they rush you on deciding on, you must unwrap and try it in front of them. If you don't like it too bad. If you buy a pack of cigarettes you also have to know to light one up in the store. After you take a puff you have to leave. The chairs and ash trays are for the cigar people only. So don't be like me and make the mistake of trying to sit down while you wait for the person you came with. Not allowed. You are allowed to "come back later" on the same day if you want another product but the acceptable time period depends and is unspecified.

Although the selection of cigars is great sadly, I did not have the same great customer service as others had mentioned. Instead, the older man working was very rude to me & my adult son. We both entered the humidor to shop for a few cigars. The man working came in and asked if we were done. I inquired about a coffee infused/flavored cigar. The man rudely told me it’s on the top of the box, the boxes are open and the lid is not exposed. Guess it’s too much to point out or make a suggestion?!?My son picked out 4 cigars and then went over to the vape selections and was shopping. The man came up and said “are you done I can’t have 2 people shopping”. I informed him that I was finished and would wait outside as I had already paid. He said “no I have someone at the register too” and pretty much hurried him out. The “customer” was only asking if he left his debit card there and wasn’t spending any money. We on the other hand purchased several nice cigars only to be treated like second class citizens. Since when is this great customer service? As a part time Cape resident, I won’t be back. Instead, I’ll pack accordingly or shop elsewhere. My rating is 2 stars because of the selection. Customer service is zero stars.
