No idea why this place is on reservation platforms and google as if it’s open to the public. Booked lunch here for my family on Resy then just happened to check the restaurants website on my way to lunch and it’s clearly just for members of the nearby yacht club.

This is a place which has dramatically stepped up its game in the last year. The food was excellent and presented with grace and pinache. The service was clearly well trained and supervised including the bus boys. I would highly recommend for a regular meal or a special occasion. A great location made better by new management, including the welcome one receives at the front desk. Excellent.

Had a very nice lunch at the Captains Table yesterday. Expertly served by our decades long friendly Bartender Mark. Cocktails and food were excellent.
Vegetarian options: Not sure but the menu changes.
Kid-friendliness: There is a sailing program and dining options for kids.
Parking: Self and valet service.
Dietary restrictions: Possibly some gluten free and vegan options.

We arrived early and enjoyed a cocktail in the dining room by the window on the harbor. It has to be the best restaurant view in the Town of Barnstable. The waitress was friendly and very efficient. Rolls were served, water glasses filled. We shared a stuffie and then had fish entrees and another friend had steak and frites. The fish was fresh and well prepared. The steak was done just right. Coffees were served and a crème brûlée shared. It was a relaxed and very enjoyable meal.

This has to be one of the best restaurants for seaside views. Our table was right by the window with great views of the boats coming in and out. The help is very friendly and attentive. The food is very good quality and quantity.
Great views of Hyannis waterfront! Quick bar service! Friendly staff! And valet parking with a smile. It's a member only club and we were lucky to be with a member. Drinks only this time, but previous visits the beef is incredible. Highly recommended.

Went out for a special lunch with friends. The view is the only thing they have going for them. The lunch menu is mostly sandwiches and salads. I thought they specialized in seafood and steak. Nothing creative or worth raving about. Their computer system is antiquated and could not split up a gift card 3 ways which caused a huge problem for them in finalizing our bill. There were three people trying to figure this out including the manager, who was rude to us and said she could not spend anymore time on it because she was late for a meeting ! Instead of taking the $100.00 right off the total bill and simply letting us split the rest. It was embarrassing to have such discussion in the middle of the dining room ! My card ended up getting charged the entire bill of almost $200.00 while my two friends got charged another $120.00. It finally got corrected when we went back 4 days later when I saw how much was charged to my card, and I told the hostess I needed to talk to the bookkeeper because the manager made a mistake on my bill . Her rude reply was “ my manager does not make mistakes “. They finally corrected the mess they made, without apology. This is not the Captain’s Table of the past. No class and a pitiful menu ! Just think, we pay a couple hundred dollars a year to be treated like this ! Never again !
