Been coming here since day 1 it opened it used to be amazing. Ever since they got a new cheif last year the food it not right. I specifically just ordered the 3 cheese bacon steak sub the bread is so soggy it's not even together it's 2 pieces. There is only 1 piece of bacon on the entire thing. Last time I ordered from them, the sandwich was missing cheese and bacon and I called to get a refund they said no and said it'd not their fault the chef is new. Like yes it is ur fault check what he's doing before sending it out

I ordered kids menu today, the service is great! The food is much better than most of the fast food, the food is hot enough to bring home to my daughter, the fries are fresh, the oil on the fries is very clean and fresh, taste so good. The nuggets are wonderful with the sauce!

When I opened the boxed it was like the server just threw the steak and cheese into the box. It had slid off the bun and on the inside top and back of the box. I had to push it back on the roll to eat it. There was a long black hair stuck in the lid of my drink. Bas experience all around.

It's inside a mall, so the atmosphere is like Arnold on Mars with no air to breath. The food is ... mall food quality. Not sure how you can rate this more than a 3 star joint. The food is very mediocre. Only thing that was good was the fast service. Yup.

Parking: Everyone parks on the one side of the mall, while the Best Buy side has a lot of spaces to park.

Super tasty cheesesteak and well-baked French fries.

What?!? Love this place, their subs are filling and never skimpy on the toppings. The staff are always fast, friendly, and efficient. The app is fun, always a deal to use and super easy to use in store too
