It's inside a mall, so the atmosphere is like Arnold on Mars with no air to breath. The food is ... mall food quality. Not sure how you can rate this more than a 3 star joint. The food is very mediocre. Only thing that was good was the fast service. Yup.Parking: Everyone parks on the one side of the mall, while the Best Buy side has a lot of spaces to park.

My sub had all of the onions lumped in one spot, no green peppers, and tough steak in it. This place is absolutely terrible, but I gave them an extra star because they do use provolone cheese instead of American.
Ordered a Large Sprite ($4) and got CARBONATED WATER ?? What a waste of money! Thanks Charleys Cheesesteaks at Cape Cod Mall ?? Sucks because it’s not DoorDash it’s the employees! The food was good either way

5 stars for the service and food. The staff was very patient and friendly as we tried to use the app reward to make our purchase. The sandwiches were very tasty and filling. This is the first time we ever tried this chain and we would gladly go back next time we visit cape cod ?
