One of the best pizzas I’ve had on cape!

Traveled from Michigan and found F&L for a pizza day. First off, a small is a VERY shareable pizza. The ingredients are fresh and it was piping hot when I picked up my carry out.
Worth picking up a pizza for the family.

I would go back anytime for their pizza and subs. Crispy, thin neopolitan pizza; to me, it was perfect. Eggplant parm and prosciutto sandwich (sub) are excellent. They do the bread right, too; kind of like a long toasted ciabatta. The atmosphere is of a typical pizza take-out shop but it's appropriate. Well done F & L! Don't change a thing.

Food is absolutely great and at a good value for real fresh cooked meals as well, everything from their subs, to the pizza, and especially the pastas and entrees are delicious!

Located in a mini-mini mall. This was the best priced food around that tasted great.

Yes, I enjoyed my lunch break with my Greek Salad and a peaceful, clean table.
My family and I recently placed an order for 7 people at F & L Pizza and Cafe. Everything was delicious. The calzone and chicken piccata were especially yummy! The service is top-notch. The order was repeated back to me upon ordering and again while cashing me out. I had my hands full with carrying out the order and the offer was made to help me bring it out to my car. Although I declined the offer, he still rushed to hold the door for me. Truly a gem of a place!

We got three sandwiches for lunch. The bread was soft and fresh. The menu is really nicely thought out with plenty of vegetarian options, which was nice because we have two in our group.

Nice little pizza shop but the food is so unexpectedly good. I’ve tried most on cape and this takes the cake by far! My favorite is the chicken vodka.

New to the Cape, born and raised in NY. This is highly comparable to a NY slice. Everytime I come here which has been once a week. Greeted with smiling faces and friendly tones. The pizza is good and priced just right. The whole family enjoys eating it. This will probably be my go to spot while on the Cape for the next few months.

Came here for a quick dinner after getting in on a late ferry from the Vineyard. Looks like a typical pizza shop with just a few tables, but the food was excellent. We've been back 3 times to dine in.
Hole-in-the-wall place with great pizza. Focused on take out but it does have a couple of tables.
Homemade linguini pasta is fabulous. You can taste the doughiness, the grains, and the texture is fabulously chewy. It plays with your tongue.
Can't get homemade pasta anywhere these days. Freshest possible. And half the price of places in downtown Hyannis or Falmouth.
It is a non assuming hole in the wall, but if you want the best food....
We had the delicious homemade eggplant Parmigiana, linguini with carbonara sauce. Both were great
Homemade meatballs are excellent.
The owner is super helpful and will meet all your requests.
Very clean and friendly
So pleasantly surprised by this small pizza, subs, and wings joint in a shopping center. The owner behind the counter was incredibly friendly and beyond happy to provide the absolute best service.
And the food was excellent! A simple slice of cheese pizza had the best crust I’ve ever had. My husband had the veal parm sub and said it was very good and he LOVED the bread.
I was pleasantly surprised at how much I liked this pizza. I should have known better than to order one slice. Three slices later I realized I could have eaten a whole pizza. Delicious 😋
