Played on 8/27/25 with my son and best friend. The staff were very friendly as were the other patrons. Pace of play was 4 hours with an 8:33 tee time. A fourth was added to our threesome at the first hole and he was friendly gentlemen who knew the course. And boy did he help us with guidance!
The course is well maintained with smooth greens (they could be a little faster). There are some very interesting holes and a good mix of tight, positional holes and long par 4’s. The layout is hilly, with uneven lies but a fair course!
The price was $59 with a cart - a bargain for Cape golf in August. The only downside was the clubhouse was closed as it is still being refurbished.

Nearly a 6 hour round of golf. Multiple groups of 3 or 4 walking mid day on a Sunday. Pace of play was atrocious. Pro shop staff were pretentious and rude. Starter appeared confused. No food or beverages at the bar or on the course. No ranger on the course monitoring pace of play.
The course it self is well maintained and pretty fun. Sad that the operations were so horrendous. Probably will not be going back.

I got a great deal on a green fee with cart from Golfnow. The greens were perfect and it is a beautiful course. Love the layout and it's a good test with trees on both sides of most fairways. I hooked up with some nice guys and had a great day. Diamond in the rough.

Those golf pros are so nice,friendly,polite.and they know my name too.they always let me play ...and help me,even when i didnt have a tee time.they make me feel i'm home.

Enjoyable round. Good condition other than bunkers and a few tee boxes. A lot of elevation changes with some fun holes. Some road noise and power lines on 2 holes. We will definitely play again.
