My family and I stopped here for a quick bite before heading to our destination. The service was fantastic. There was no wait to be seated even at prime time on a Saturday - Laura was excellent, very pleasant and got to us quickly. Our food was delicious. Very happy we came here.

Just the worse for this Saturday, Memorial Day weekend! What? Were you not expecting company?!? The energy level low, staff opened late and restaurant was ice cold and no hot water! WTH! Get it together team! If you come to work and you have a job to service the people, please do it with a Smile! And perhaps that would warm the room when some knucklehead forgot to turn the heat on...

The food wasn't terrible. It wasn't anything special but it wasn't bad either. The restaurant was pretty clean but I have definitely seen a cleaner restaurant before. The price wasn't too bad. I'd say it was pretty average. The service was not very good. The waiter was nice but everything took forever and he didn't really interact with us.

Updated Review: This time around, Rafael (the manager) was nothing but gracious and welcoming. Although there was a 56-minute wait from being seated to receiving our food—which likely stems from the need for a larger building to accommodate more staff—the overall experience was excellent. The hospitality was amazing, and when the food arrived, it was piping hot and nothing short of spectacular. Our waitress, despite handling half the restaurant on her own, was consistently checking in to make sure everything was okay. Her attentiveness truly stood out and made a difference in our visit.

I liked it the first time, got a stomach ache the second time. Stay away from the sweets they're absolutely insane, it's begging for diabetes in a bite.
the waiter happens to serve the whole restaurant. he was the only person (waiter) working. He took our order for a party of five and he never asked what we wanted for sides just automatically gave us whatever. by far the most awful IHop i been to. the waiter his name is Rick he was awful and was just trying rush the order, get us out the restaurant..
