The waitress with the pink nails was very rude. She made us feel like we were bothering her to order food. She threw the food at us and just had the nastiest attitude. We used to enjoy getting breakfast here on our way home from celebrating our anniversary. But we will never eat there again! The food is a bit overpriced for such horrible service!

Wow, what an extensive menu! So much to choose from including the fabulous specials! I'm on a restricted diet but they were so helpful and providing an omelette that had everything that I could ask for! Definitely love the service and everything about it! Didn't have to really wait that long maybe 5 minutes and plenty of parking!

Pleasantly and happily surprised by the staff and food at IHOP on Christmas Day! They may be ‘The Only Game In Town’ on Christmas Day but you will leave fully caffeinated (they stilll give you your own Carafe of coffee) and full of freshly prepped food..! Staff were all very friendly quick to please… thank you Hyannis IHOP

Horrible service. One lazy waitress rude not paying any attention only us and one other table. Finally came to table to take order I think but didn't not say one word, just stood there looking at us. Like what the heck. I didn't know what she was doing. After just stand there for an extremely awkward 20 seconds we started placing our order. Drinks never came nor did any food. Tried to get her attention. To busy flirting with cooks I guess. After like 15 minutes of been ignoring and no drinks or food. Decided it was time to leave. The other couple look very confused as well as they had not received anything since we got there either. We both acknowledged the problem just by sharing looks. When we were backing out the only other couple was walking out saying the placed and order and never received anything either. Not a peep from the waitress when we got up and left. Total joke. Not to mention the place was FILTHY. Probably good we got totally ignored for 20 minutes and left. I could smell the food poisoning in the air. Worst employee's I have ever witnessed. Never again I hop

We went on a birthday trip weekend to Boston. Got a hotel room and had a great weekend. We never go out to eat and on Saturday morning we went to IHOP just to try it out and honestly it was pretty good. Could’ve been a little better. The server was awesome very friendly and helpful. The food looked awesome but was a little iffy. Pancakes were good but the omelette the ham was a little rough but all in all great atmosphere great service and I’m sure their food is good 90% of the time I do recommend stopping in and if you’re a breakfast person! Cape Cod is pretty awesome. I do recommend checking it out.

They don't like to give the 20 percent off the meal for AAA discounts. Hash browns undercooked. Most times if you push for the discount then they'll give 10 percent. But if you get 1 senior meal out of a whole order, they try to say no discounts

We used to come here every year at least once on our annual week up here. This year was by far the worst. Last year was pretty bad but this year took the cake. 2 people asked me if I needed help after going in front of the computer, one of them saying they don’t know how to use it they walked away from me. I can see my food sitting there getting cold. After about 10 min someone finally handed me the bag without even using the conputer. We took the food out and all of it was so gross we could barely eat it. I haven’t eaten an omelette the past 3 days anywhere because of how grossed out I was from the IHOP omelette. The pancakes looked they went threw war. They were torn up and like pieced back together to make them round and they tasted like leather. We will try a different ihop back home but never again will we return to this one. Don’t even get me started on the atmosphere.
Went there for dinner with my wife because we had a $25 gift card. (The only reason we went into this place) The server was new but he was fine did a good job. When it came time to check out he didn't know how to use the gift card, which is understandable as he had only been there a few days. But when he called his manager to try to get help the guy Rog or Rodrigo something like that was absolutely no help. After trying to explain it to the guy for one second I hear him tell the server to tell us they don't accept gift cards and that was the end of it. Ended up happening to pay full price even though we had a brand new perfectly valid 25.00 gift card but apparently the lazy manager instead of doing his most likely undeserved job just says tell them we don't take gift cards. Totally unacceptable that guy clearly doesn't give a care about the customer or the company he works for. Call IHOP directly but I highly doubt anything's going to be done about it. The place has been steadily going downhill for decades. And now with this guy who clearly doesn't care about the customer or the company is running the place I only expected to get worse. I don't ever think I'll go to IHOP again but if I do it's definitely not going to be the one in Hyannis that's for sure I wish I could give zero stars or negative Stars. The manager is a total clown. PS what a ripoff 55.00 for two small breakfasts.... Never again

My family and I stopped here for a quick bite before heading to our destination. The service was fantastic. There was no wait to be seated even at prime time on a Saturday - Laura was excellent, very pleasant and got to us quickly. Our food was delicious. Very happy we came here.
