We used to come here every year at least once on our annual week up here. This year was by far the worst. Last year was pretty bad but this year took the cake. 2 people asked me if I needed help after going in front of the computer, one of them saying they don’t know how to use it they walked away from me. I can see my food sitting there getting cold. After about 10 min someone finally handed me the bag without even using the conputer. We took the food out and all of it was so gross we could barely eat it. I haven’t eaten an omelette the past 3 days anywhere because of how grossed out I was from the IHOP omelette. The pancakes looked they went threw war. They were torn up and like pieced back together to make them round and they tasted like leather. We will try a different ihop back home but never again will we return to this one. Don’t even get me started on the atmosphere.

Went there for dinner with my wife because we had a $25 gift card. (The only reason we went into this place) The server was new but he was fine did a good job. When it came time to check out he didn't know how to use the gift card, which is understandable as he had only been there a few days. But when he called his manager to try to get help the guy Rog or Rodrigo something like that was absolutely no help. After trying to explain it to the guy for one second I hear him tell the server to tell us they don't accept gift cards and that was the end of it. Ended up happening to pay full price even though we had a brand new perfectly valid 25.00 gift card but apparently the lazy manager instead of doing his most likely undeserved job just says tell them we don't take gift cards. Totally unacceptable that guy clearly doesn't give a care about the customer or the company he works for. Call IHOP directly but I highly doubt anything's going to be done about it. The place has been steadily going downhill for decades. And now with this guy who clearly doesn't care about the customer or the company is running the place I only expected to get worse. I don't ever think I'll go to IHOP again but if I do it's definitely not going to be the one in Hyannis that's for sure I wish I could give zero stars or negative Stars. The manager is a total clown. PS what a ripoff 55.00 for two small breakfasts.... Never again

My family and I stopped here for a quick bite before heading to our destination. The service was fantastic. There was no wait to be seated even at prime time on a Saturday - Laura was excellent, very pleasant and got to us quickly. Our food was delicious. Very happy we came here.

Just the worse for this Saturday, Memorial Day weekend! What? Were you not expecting company?!? The energy level low, staff opened late and restaurant was ice cold and no hot water! WTH! Get it together team! If you come to work and you have a job to service the people, please do it with a Smile! And perhaps that would warm the room when some knucklehead forgot to turn the heat on...

The food wasn't terrible. It wasn't anything special but it wasn't bad either. The restaurant was pretty clean but I have definitely seen a cleaner restaurant before. The price wasn't too bad. I'd say it was pretty average. The service was not very good. The waiter was nice but everything took forever and he didn't really interact with us.
Loved this Ihop 10 years ago, but after today, we won't return again. The food wasn't great and when you spend 70.00 on breakfast at an Ihop that's not ok

Updated Review: This time around, Rafael (the manager) was nothing but gracious and welcoming. Although there was a 56-minute wait from being seated to receiving our food—which likely stems from the need for a larger building to accommodate more staff—the overall experience was excellent. The hospitality was amazing, and when the food arrived, it was piping hot and nothing short of spectacular. Our waitress, despite handling half the restaurant on her own, was consistently checking in to make sure everything was okay. Her attentiveness truly stood out and made a difference in our visit.
