Very busy place to have breakfast. We had been waiting for the food for a long time. The food was delicious, but... the size of a coffee cup ☕️ ($3.79) and kids juice cups ? ($1.99) are the same small size. Kids finished their drink before we got the food. Be careful with fruits! Some grapes ? were not fresh. Warning for Big steak omlete ($18.49)! Would called it hashbrown omlete instead. There is a lot of hashbrown inside and just some pieces of steak. Disappointed. I liked 4 large kids' Shadow's chaos chocolate pancakes ?($12.99). They were tasty, and my son didn't finish them and take home. Service.... I don't like when the server throws stuff like straws, forks, napkins, etc. on the table in general. He doesn’t place them nicely, he throws them on the table. For me, this is a huge NO. That what happened here. I didn't like that.

We had a very pleasant experience with this Hyannis, MA IHOP location. The place appeared quite presentable and was very clean throughout including the restrooms. The food was well prepared, tasty, and filling. Our server and host were all very polite, pleasant and friendly. It was a delightful lunch/ brunch. It appears that this particular branch is operated quite well. Keep up the good work! Maintenance, cleanliness, good food, friendly and professional service are excellent ingredients for a successful restaurant operation. All was evident here. Will return next time in Hyannis.

My wife and I Walked out without even eating anything or being served because the staff made us feel uncomfortable by placing us in a spot in the way knowing we were bigger people and kept asking us if we wanted to move tables cause we were in the way. We weren’t in anyone’s way and kept saying we were fine. They placed people next to us and then asked if they wanted to move. Then asked us if we wanted to move our seats. They host and waitress was very rude about the situation and so we left.

So sick within an hour leaving restaurant.. kitchen staff yelling throwing things in kitchen!!! Quaility of food awful.. One of the workers singing loudly in her native language!! Wallpaper pealing off.. it wasn't the I hop I remember! And we won't be back.

Server was good and polite. Food came out slow, and when I finally got my food it had a long hair in it. Didn’t know I ordered a hair with a side of burrito.

Older IHOP, a bit dated & not as large as some, but Very clean.Took a bit to have a waitress stop by to check in, as was fairly busy; but once our waitress came, took our order, service was good. Food came out hot. Tasted great. We had fairly hearty breakfasts, with scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon and pancakes or French toast & hash browns, as it was late morning & we knew we'd skip lunch. I had asked for crisp hashed browns & received them. Coffee was very good. Don't forget to tip your wait staff for the good service. I suspect with the construction going on in the area, some people drive on by to avoid it.

I took my granddaughters for breakfast we were greeted very pleasantly with a smile. Our food came very quickly ! All of the staff are very hard-working and pleasant. The atmosphere of the restaurant was very pleasant and very clean we had a great time ! Also a very large amount of customers came in the crowd of people were very kind and pleasant and quiet and they number of about 30 of them the staff jumped into action. Made them all feel very welcome and comfortable immediately! Outstanding restaurant I suggest you visit !
