The female who has the nose ring and glasses has awful customer service. If she can’t be respectful to customers and wants to be that way then she shouldn’t be working in customer service. The staff used to be good. The owner shouldn’t hire anyone like that.

I stopped into Mike’s in Jersey 5 minutes before closing. The sign was still lit up saying “Open,” and there were still people sitting inside. When I asked what time they closed, the staff told me “we’re closed.” I asked again and they said “9.” They looked at their watch, saw it wasn’t 9 yet, and still repeated “we’re closed.” Refusing to serve a customer before posted closing time, while others are still sitting there, is completely unacceptable. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

I love the subs but Hyannis location is going down hill 3 rd time I placed a pick up order and have had to wait because they never make the subs over 20 minutes in store !!

Wonderful experience. They accidentally got my kids order wrong, and put it on the house! We did call in and end up waiting about 5 minutes. First time trying!

I remember I used to go to Jersey Mike’s and they’re sandwiches would be jam packed with meats and cheeses and vegetables. Now it’s actually turning into another version of Subway. Jacking up prices and not giving you any benefits to their sandwiches anymore in other words, they’re cutting back on their products given you just a bare minimum. This has happened multiple times in the last six months. I’m gonna have to stop going there. It’s not worth the money.
Always a great experience at Jersey Mike’s in Hyannis! Michael and Logan are incredibly friendly and go above and beyond to keep things running smoothly, even during the busiest rush. You can tell they care about doing a great job and making sure customers leave happy. Big shoutout to them for always bringing positive energy and great service! 👏
