I have ordered take out for a larger group 2x from this location. Each time my personal order was wrong. Since it is by the numbers, I am not sure how it gets messed up.

Jersey Mike's makes the best subs around by far! Freshly cut meat and cheese. I had 2 regular subs and a gluten free for a friend. The care they they take to avoid cross contamination is impeccable and impressive! Try your sub "Mike's way" for a taste bud treat! Highly recommend Jersey Mike's.
Dietary restrictions: Great for gluten free needs. My friend says their gluten free sub rolls are fantastic

Parking: There are only 2 dedicated spots for pick up. So if the mall is busy, be prepared to park and walk to the storefront.

Feeling sick right after the first time eating here. Gave an extra tip when ordering online. Won't be going here again. The pastrami sandwich tastes like a dried piece of stale bread. The pastrami was cold not even lukewarm.

Everyone is rude, which I’m not really sure why. Also why are you putting the receipt on my sandwich, why is it even near my food? When I said something I was yelled at saying that it’s food safe. I don’t care if it’s food safe that’s disgusting. Extremely rude and confrontational. I will make sure to tell everyone.

So I been coming here for the past six months about two times a week and I truly love it. The food is delicious and the employees are amazing. Jimmy the manager is a great guy and makes me and everyone feel welcomed coming in. He is running a great show and deserves a raise or at least acknowledgement. The customers that come in are happy and decent human beings I truly love coming here to relax and eat before I go to work for the day. Thankyou Jimmy and the rest of the crew for making my day better everything I have stepped foot in the door.

Staff is great, food was awesome. But the music is way to loud. Can't have a conversation if you tried. Had to ask the staff what they said 3 times before I could understand what they were asking. Guess I'll get it to go next time!

My favorite sub shop. Subs are great. Service is exceptional. Especially Shane Donoghue he always takes great pride in making a perfect sub every time.
Standing in line as I type this. Placed online order 20 minutes ago. Still not ready. Watching sandwich person move as slow as a turtle and I had to tell him myself not to use the " brown rusted " lettuce as he was piling it on our 4 sandwiches. Unacceptable!

Called to change a Togo order and buddy said I had to pay for an extra sub just to switch what Kinda ham I wanted. He said it was already made 3 minutes after I placed an order in which I’d love to see them make 3 sandwiches in that time. Whoever worked the phone just an entitled underpaid employee. Sad this d bag was so pressed ab a simple change??

Completely unprofessional. Extremely rude and unpleasant. I came in to order and the female worker had her boyfriend there and was too concerned being on her phone and catering to him to get the celtics game on rather than helping us. She was allowing them to vape in the restaurant, they had the breads completely uncovered for bugs to get too. They were out of rosemary parm, i ordered my sub they never asked what bread or toppings i wanted and just slapped a steak and cheese together i accepted the white bread since im not too picky and asked if they could add toppings for me. The male replied “ your supposed to tell us before you order if you want toppings i let him know he never asked ive always been asked. He replied “ well in the future if you dont let us know you wont get any” mind you this is after i tipped them 10% on a takeout order so i told him id like to get refunded then i dont want the sub they then both told me no to a refund & threatened to call the police if i didnt leave. I refused to leave and the female worker had her boyfriend approach me and threaten me if i didnt leave. I then chose to leave with no refund. Do not recommed go to a different location especially if you have children and dont want them inhaling vape the whole time

I was a little hesitant to order here because of some of the reviews but I'm glad I went for it. I ordered it online- it was ready for pickup when I got there 15 minutes later. Everyone I dealt with were very friendly and attentive and the subs were DELICIOUS!
