We had food prepared for a retirement party tonight, and it was absolutely fantastic! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Guests couldn’t stop talking about how good the food was — some even went back for thirds!
There was a great mix of options, and everything was spot-on! A few standouts were the wings, pulled pork and chicken but honestly, it was all excellent.
The food really helped bring the party together and made the whole event feel extra special. Huge thanks to Jay and Nancy who made it happen — we couldn’t have asked for better!

We love all the dishes we have tried so far! Ribs, wings, pretzel, fish and chips and smash burger! Amazing quality and flavor! Pretzel was a perfect starter! We have pizza and pulled pork waiting for us at home as a snack for later. Don’t miss out on this food truck. Barnstable brewery has nice selection of great beer to accompany your JP’s favorites! Nancy is so attentive and amazing! Her hubby knows how to cook!

So I went to Barnstable Brewery the other day for JP BBQ dinner and man was it outstanding. Ribs, chicken, potato salad, salad, corn on the cob, dessert and one beer for $40. The food was great and Jay and Nancy are the nicest people you can talk to. Additionally, the crew at the brewery are kind and knowledgeable of their beer.
I can't recommend JP crew enough. Go check em out and enjoy some great BBQ. Jay and Nancy: Amanda and I will see you soon :)

While at Barnstable Brewing enjoying our Jesuit Juice my husband and I ordered a pulled pork sandwich from JP's to share. It was outstanding! There were large chunks of tender pork with just the perfect amount of smokiness. I don't think I've had a better pulled pork sandwich! The accompanying fries were also spot on. We love the beer at Barnstable Brewing and now there's excellent food to boot! We'll be back for sure.

My husband and I just had the best fish and chips at Cape Cod Brewery , prepared by Chef Jay. Not only is he a nice fellow his fish and chips are out of this world. The halibut was fresh and the batter was not at all overpowering. We have also had his chicken wings which were very tasty. Chef Jay and his wife are a tremendous team. Thank you!

Chef Powell just catered our backyard wedding reception. Our guests are still talking about the fabulous food he prepared! Not only is Chef Powell a great cook his charming and engaging personality made the event a truly special occasion for our family and friends. Tom and I can’t thank him enough and highly recommend JP’s twisted bbq for all your catering events.

Only gave a 3 because service was not good. We ordered 2 hot dogs only got 1 & it was the wrong one. She was very argumentative when told it was incorrect. When we thought the 2nd ones were not correct (all ingredients were not listed on hand written menu), we got another argument. However, the Clam chowder was delicious!
