I had heard some good things , but ended up being very disappointed with both the food and the service. The staff was not very friendly or attentive and the food was not very tasty. I did enjoy a couple of things , but I would not go again.The overall vibe of the place seemed unhappy. I would recommend to the owner's getting a better wait staff and improving the quality of the food. Best of luck!

Closed on a Wednesday despite what the Google results say. So call before you go to check they’re open. Having said that, there are plenty of other options for sushi within 10 mins.

They need to fix their online ordering system. There are no asap time slot and the soonest available is like 2 hrs away. I came to pick up my order and had to wait 30 mins for a small order of 1 appetizer and 1 roll. Even though I came earlier than my given time, does it really take 30 mins to make 1 order? Their customer Service is atrocious. They blamed me for the long wait because I put in the only time available online! Who blames their customer? If I’m there, make my food! A bunch of staff also ignored me while some of them are Brazilian and don’t understand English.

We have been coming to Misaki for years and absolutely loved it, but then it was sold and for whatever reason it's not the same. The food was just ok on our recent visit in early September, but what really a damper on our evening was the waiter, just terrible, from the moment we sat down our server Jason H. had such an attitude we couldn't believe it. It was clear he did not want to be there, and he made sure he showed us that. We don't think we will go back again. So sorry for the restaurant but customer service is everything in this business, perhaps Jason H should take a class.

Packed at 5pm on a Tuesday! Without reservations we sat at the bar. Didn't matter where we sat, sushi was fresh and yummy.

I did not have a good experience here. We were ignored by the waiter all night. The sushi is not great and the rolls all have tons of rice on them.
