Perry Lima Cafe

We picked this restaurant off of the previous good reviews but were disappointed. When looking closer all of the reviews were over a year old so maybe ownership has changed. We ordered the pineapple French toast which was very plain with no shredded coconut and white bread. Our friend ordered the chicken sandwich which was fine but nothing spectacular. The waitress was very nice but the service was very slow for only having 4 tables. Would recommend another breakfast spot on Mainstreet unfortunately.

Very friendly and nice staff. The food was delicious as well. It came out a bit slower than expected, but the weather was so nice (we sat outside) that we didn’t mind the wait. The server also brought water for our dog, which we really appreciated.

Perry Lima's food is incredible, the service is friendly, and can't recommend it enough. My only issue is that it's hard to make it a regular breakfast spot when they open at 9 AM and sometimes don't open at all.

I was very happy to discover thjs cafe one morning while shopping on Mainstreet. Incredible menu with all the trusty classics and a wonderful fusion from the Chef/ Owners (who were lovely people) family background. The shrimp and grits were great (upon recommendation)!

I met the owner randomly a few weeks back and he invited me to come down and check out his spot. It’s great having alternative options to the usual daily paper and egg and I. Hands down this breakfast food is WAY BETTER. I was pleasantly surprised with everything I ordered. Service was friendly, cold AC inside and great street theatre sitting out on Main Street. I’ll be back!

Loved the owner, atmosphere and food! Best lunch we've had on Cape Cod since we got here, food was amazing and service was outstanding! I'd recommend anyone try this place! We ordered the Brazilian Charcuterie board, individual, and it was enough for both my husband and I for a very filling lunch.

Kid-friendliness: The restaurant was very kid friendly, and the owner let my daughter try a new juice before ordering it, she now loves guava juice! She got the "big kid" meal of steak, rice and beans and told him it was the best steak ever! Definitely will make this a stop next time we visit.

Great place for breakfast or lunch. I just had the pork with rice beans- so tender and flavorful! I’ve had their power salad, too, which had a fantastic orange (?) dressing. Please go, it’s so nice having actually good food at the mall!
