Pizza Lab by Pain d'Avignon is known for its high-quality entrees, including a delicious lamb and crème brûlée. Some customers have enjoyed the food, praising the careful and skillful preparation, especially the thin crust pizzas like Bianca and Calabria, as well as the octopus salad. The restaurant has a trendy and cool atmosphere, located at the edge of the Hyannis airfield in a warehouse decorated with graffiti-style art. Recently, the Chatham location added a dinner menu with good options, and the staff is described as polite, professional, caring, and personable. Additionally, a customer mentioned an excellent apple pie received through a partnership with a business in Scituate. Despite some mixed experiences reported in the past, such as overcooked or dried-out food, long wait times, and rushed service, many customers have found their visits enjoyable and are willing to return. The restaurant offers a variety of dishes, desserts, and drinks, making it a popular spot for those seeking a casual yet stylish dining experience.
