The food is decent, but the service is extremely disorganized. I always place my orders through the DoorDash app, which gives a pickup time. However, every time I arrive at the restaurant, my order isn’t ready.They haven’t even started it. I end up waiting at least 40 minutes because they don’t seem to check their app orders. This hasn’t happened just once; it’s been the same frustrating experience multiple times. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back.

Tried to order multiple times and whoever picked up the phone on 1/21 at 5:38-6pm is very unprofessional and should be working a different position. You are in an English speaking country… you should not be picking up the phone in America if you cannot speak English. I called 8x and whoever the girl that picked up the phone is answered and when I state what I wanted they hang up. It got to a point where they recognized my number and hang up immediately every time. I am extremely disappointed. Does Ronny’s want business from Americans or not ? You can’t have a business in America and not be welcoming to Americans. This is not the first time it happened… it also happened to many of my friends.

Don't call here if you're not from Brazil. They'll hang up on you faster than you can say hello if the girl answered, very rude, very unprofessional. My kids like the food there, but I'll never order from them again. It's sad really, it's right in my neighborhood.

Food was just horrible, I call to have a pizza delivered, girl don't even understand English but your taking orders? Delivery guy gets here tries and calls, well it went into voicemail must be marked as spam, the Pizza was really bland with no flavor, you couldn't even taste the cheese on it and it was a small cheese pizza. This is the second Brazilian Pizza place that don't know how to cook period. I'm going to start going to House of pizza and forget these small dives.

Amazing food Iam so happy to finally find a place that serves great Brazilian food , burgers, hotdogs , plates and more.
When our team is working in Hyannis we always eat here, Brazilian food and good service, not to mention the pizza sandwiches which are delicious.
