Terrible service the girl working was rude rolled her eyes flat out tells me there’s no hot food and they can’t make the new white chocolate macadamia cold brew. So I get a salted caramel cold brew. Tasted terrible so said I just wanted my money back then with out a word she gets on a walkie talkie and asks a manager to come over manager says because the worker didn’t offer me a receipt and she also leaned over counter and pressed cancel so I didn’t have the option of putting my target phone number in and I paid cash they could only offer me a target gift card not a Starbucks one. I will never get a coffee here again. Do not recommend. Just go to a real Starbucks

It's Starbucks, most likely the same as any other, with different employees. A last stop before leaving the Cape at the end of our visit. Ordered ahead, online, so there wasn't much of a wait. This was for my traveling companion, so I can't comment on the order or the inside of the store, as I didn't go in, other than the couple of "Egg Bites" (?) that I got to share, they were actually pretty good. I didn't try the coffee, but my companion was happy with it

Customer service lady was nice, despite my annoyance due to the fact that the app gave me the wrong address to pick up my coffees. Guess this problem happens a lot and the correct store is the store a few doors down. No biggie but was annoying cuz I was in a rush and there’s poor service and don’t kno my way around the area. Hopefully this problem gets corrected as it happens often according to customer service lady

4 employees, busy Saturday afternoon, went to order cake pops for my kids when I see Flies and bugs on the food trapped inside food display. Just awful, left immediately.
