The food was excellent. Torn between 3 or 4 because of service. My wife’s chair (inside dining) was wet when she sat down and the hostess was totally indifferent. Waited 10+ minutes for a server. Table was so dark it was IMPOSSIBLE to see the menu or what we were eating. Had to perch my phone flashlight on the ledge. TINY battery operated candle kept going out. Once we ordered, food came out quickly and would rate it a 4.5 to 5. Waitress was cordial but not at all engaging and semi attentive

It is a huge restaurant with a nice outdoor area. The food was just wonderful. But we were very disappointed with drinks presentation. We saw at the other tables that margaritas were served in beautiful glasses and obviously expected the same, but... They brought the drinks in the plastic cups(!) Then we thought maybe and only maybe certain margaritas are served in real glasses. So we ordered a different drink, but got the same result. What's wrong with this picture? It is simply not acceptable in such places.

Outstanding service and a wonderful environment, eating under the weeping beech tree. Fabulous drink menu and a lovely selection of upscaled Mexican dishes and salads with your choice of beef, seafood, or chicken -- or try the tres tacos and you can have one of each!

This is the best Mexican restaurant on the Cape. We've never had a bad meal and particularly recommend asking for their habanero sauce (if you like real heat). Spend a couple of extra bucks on the Anejo marg; it's well worth it. And the landmark tree in the back for outdoor seating is straight out of Tolkien.

Beautiful restaurant. Hot, delicious food. Take out was prepared well and on time. Expensive but definitely worth it. We got empanadas, enchiladas, taquitas, and burritos. Only negative comment: both lobster enchilada and lobster taquita were fresh meat which is great (but we know this because several bites had some claw cartilage throughout the mix (i.e. we had to spit out large "bones" several times). Not totally awful, but if I was inside the restaurant and not at home it would have been gross/uncomfirtable for us..

Best joint in town, all employees are great, all the food is amazing, drinks are on point. Restaurant is clean, fresh and inviting. Had a great date night with the wife. Definitely coming back next time I visit!!

I have traveled all over the world . I’m surprised to see in my own backyard of the north east such a great Mexican restaurant! It’s supersedes over many… with fresh & pure ingredients The chile rellino might be the best I’ve ever had… And I make my own! Street tacos, best guacamole and homemade chips with con queso just a meal we all enjoyed with great service on top of it!

We found this place while vacationing in West Yarmouth. The food was good, menu had lots to choose from. We went on a Saturday night it was crowded but not too bad, we got right to a table. Server was very nice and checked on us several times. Food wait time was not much at all. Would definitely recommend!
My wife and I ate here twice during our vacation to the area. Noticed the high ratings and liked the menu. Our first visit was during a rainy day on September 13 so we ate inside. Our second visit was the next day, the 14th. Nice evening so we ate outside on the patio. We had a bottle of Cava and pork Carnitas tacos for our first dinner. Our second dinner we had a bottle of Cava, guacamole and the Carne Asada dinner. Both meals were great. Our first server was Austin who was very good, second server was Bruna who was originally from Florida where we are from. She was great.

Really loved this place. Nice food, really excellent guac and fish tacos. Drinks were fantastic and absolutely loved the bar at the back. It’s a gorgeous space and so glad we found it.

Chips ok Salsa ok Server not great because she basically snubbed her nose when I asked about house lime margarita being frozen. She wasn’t a fan of frozen because it was in a blender and didn’t hold its consistency…however, she claimed the fruit berry one did…..so, I ordered it. It looks fabulous but it was like a fruit sweet smoothie…couldn’t taste one ounce of the tequila. I didn’t drink it and she basically didn’t care. Never once asked about it sitting there the entire time. For $13.00 a margarita, I’d like a “do over”! So, we didn’t eat or drink anything else and left.

My wife and I were vacationing in Cape Cod (South Yarmouth area) and stumbled upon this local treasure in Hyannis. We stopped in late one afternoon for cocktails on the Beachtree Patio and ended up staying for dinner and glad we did. Really good food and drink, and such a great patio area with a giant-canopied beach tree in the middle. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we came back a different night for drinks and dinner again - this place was packed, there was a lengthy wait (but so what, just go to the bar and enjoy a cocktail in the meantime), and the crowd was very different once the sun went down, especially on the outside patio - this was clearly THE place to be and be seen, with lots of young people dressed to impress and have a good time, which made for great people-watching. This second time we ended up eating inside since the patio was beyond full, which was totally fine. Again we had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The portions are very generous - you get a lot of food for your money, and we thought the prices were very reasonable. No one goes home hungry, and you might even have some leftovers. Highly recommend this restaurant to folks in the Cape Cod area.

Popular place. We waited 20 minutes to be seated. We did not have reservations. Our group of four had 3 different kinds of taco. Very tasty. Loved them. Service friendly and fast. Margarita was large and good.
