Food was okay but nothing spectacular. Crab cakes were really good but other dishes could have used more seasoning. Cajun chicken sandwich didn’t have any char and just had a sauce poured over top of the chick. Some things seemed a bit overpriced, but it is right on the water with a great view

Where do I start? We have been coming to the Cape, and Dockside has been our go to restaurant for seafood for years.. Tonight I was never so disgusted in my life. We ordered a baked stuffed lobster and a boiled lobster. Both, both were reheated. Anyone that knows lobster knows you can not reheat lobster. It turns into rubber. We waited over an hour for our drinks before even ordering. We watched as people were seated and served before we were. The service and quality of the food has gone way down. Dockside was always the best of the best for service and food quality. I don't know what happened but this is inexcusable! Then to be more insulated we paid 250.00 for 2 people. That was not worth it period! Never going back and advise all to steer clear of this place from now on.

Awful. Went around 8pm. Not super busy but a good amount of people on the deck. No one came to take our drink order for a while. Ordered a mudslide and a mango mule. They never came- probably 15-20 minutes later, still no drink. It got a little chilly outside so we asked to sit at the bar. Hostess said yes. We brought our menus in and the bartender told us we wrote not allowed to sit there. Not sure why, there were other people sitting there. We moved over to the table she directed us to. Our drinks were finally brought over. My mango mule had brown stuff on the side. I pointed it out and asked what it was. The waiter said “oh, that’s chocolate from the mudslide”. I cannot believe they would even serve that. Both drinks were awful. No either had flavor. The mango mule has absolutely no ginger beer. It tastes like water with a touch of mango. The mudslide was all ice. Great location. But, get your act together.

The food is terrible. Prices are very high, portions are very small and the food is definitely not hot, barely warm. The fried scallop plate presented 8 scallops and soggy fries and was priced a smidge under 30$. Stay away

Fish and chips were delicious, fish was cooked beautifully very juicy . Slaw was okay a little on the sweet side.Beautiful view of the harbor and the ferry port

The food was delicious and served just the right temperature. The only complaint was my daughter's boyfriend thought he was getting steamers when he ordered whole belly claims and they came out fried. The wait staff was great. Thank you Melissa.

My family and I ate here on the first night of our Cape vacation. My mother uses a rolling walker and the deck was accessible with a ramp for her to use. The service was excellent, as was our food and drinks. We loved seeing all the boats and ferries departing and arriving as we were eating dinner!

We had a lovely breakfast on the patio here this past week. Our server Warren was truly delightful - so friendly, attentive, and helpful. Our breakfast was good - not spectacular, but combined with the atmosphere it was a lovely way to spend a couple hours. We wouldn't hesitate to return!
Server got order wrong. Kitchen got Order wrong. Way Way over priced. 6 dollars for a bud lite draft. 11 for a cheap vodka tonic. Not going back. I wouldn't if I were you.

Food was delicious but it took over an hour to get our food. After about 40min our server asked if we wanted all the food at once or could he bring out what was ready. We said bring out what was ready. Then NOTHING came out! I finally asked for a manager (who was bartending) she told me our order never went in and she just sent it. We finally received our entrees but three swordfish entrees were missing the mango pineapple salsa - I had to go back to the manager and ask for it. Needless to say the Manager did NOTHING to rectify the hour long wait. No offer for a complimentary drink or dessert or offer to take a percentage off our bill. Very disappointed with how the Manager handled the situation.

Unfortunately I was disappointed here. Although the view from the deck is nice, we waited wayyy too long for our food (probably 45min to an hour and it wasn't a full restaurant). On top of that, the food wasn't even hot. Our server was barely around (sometimes she would rush by our table but not make eye contact, so we couldn't stop her to ask for updates on the timing or order any appetizers). I ordered the fried scallops plate and there were only a few scallops. Overall disappointing.

Not good. I ordered the Fish and Chips. There was nothing to it. I shouldn’t be able to see the bottom of the plate when it’s delivered to me.There was about 15 fries. The fish was overcooking and bland. They ruined it. The night before we went to Spankys in Hyannis and my wife got the Fish and Chips and it was outstanding. That’s why I ordered the same at the Dockside. Not even close. So disappointed. The waitress was not good. We were her only table on the outside deck and she seemed bothered to serve us. My daughter ordered mozzarella sticks and no fries came with it so I had to order a side of fries. When she came back with the fries my wife ordered a coke and she looked at her like are you serious. You mean I have to make another trip back to the kitchen. I went out of my way to go into the restaurant and see if she had other tables in there and she did not. There was three people sitting at the bar. Ridiculous. As I was waiting for my bill for like ten minutes after we ate I looked over and she’s on her phone with the hostess comparing pictures or something. I wish I took a picture of my plate to attach to this review. Will not be back. I recommend you go elsewhere.

We had a reservation which they did not have record of (have an email to prove it), service was terrible, ordered apps, received them and waited 30 mins to order dinner. When we got dinner, it was cold and had been clearly sitting for a while. We were a party of 4 and they had added a 20% gratuity which is why they didn’t care about the service. Do not recommend.
