At least 6 or 7 girls were in there claiming to work there. One girl with no name and not behind the registered handed us a job application and played frantic sounds at us. They were constantly rude telling us we have to leave just because we arrived at 9:56. Be careful at Ipswich Dairy Queen.
P.S. a poor kids son on the day of August 13 by the name of Jefferey, was fuming because they would not give him his ice cream.

I love DQ and am usually pretty easy but this wasn't a good experience. There's a lot of insects in the store foyer, I only noticed because my toddler loves bugs 🥴 I ordered online while passing through and when I got there they forgot I ordered food which was whatever but then the sides too, and no condiments offered (none to get yourself either), the mobile website wouldn't let me choose a drink but apparently because all they had was orange soda? weren't super helpful either, I wouldn't go back here.

Impossible to have a bad experience here. The young ladies of this DQ RUN the show. They are organized, communicate and extremely polite. Hard to believe how they handle the pressure, whether is be the grind Ipswich-Beach season or even heats of little league games rolling up. Time and time again they crank. Reliable, efficient crew all around. Must-Go.

Everyone loves DQ but this location is a mess. 1 person running the show and a line out the door. She couldn't keep up. Not her fault! $5 for a pathetic hot dog?? C'mon! And yes, the dip in butterscotch soft serve cone was freaking delicious!

Paid cash for small ice cream which was 5.78 plus taxt. Gave a 20 and looked when i got home and only received 7 dollars change. Could have been a mistake but i believe she said 12 and change back. Helped herself to a 5 dollar tip
