People here are incomprehensible and incompetent. They don't understand what you say. They serve you smashed sandwiches without care and are always. I came and asked for a sausage and cheese sandwich. It is easier for them to press the combo sandwich removing the egg. Why would you pay for something that you are not taking ? The front girl was pissed with me (yes! You have all rights to pay only what you will walk out with), she whispered something with her co-worker after, throwing the sandwich towards me. DD should train better the employees.

As an avid lover of Dunkin’ donuts for many years, this specific location has honestly shocked me on numerous occasions. I have had to wait over 15 minutes when there is not even a line in the lobby. On numerous occasions I have ordered food and the food is either burnt or uncooked… no in between. I have noticed a high turn over rate and question and the cognitive skills of the current employees. I highly recommend that you as a customer should visit the Rowley, MA location instead, as they set the standard for what service and quality at Dunkin’ donuts is all about.

It's dunkins. They have a fast and efficient drive thru. The staff is always pleasant. But like most places the product gets smaller and the cost goes up. Better than McDonald's.
