Stayed at the inn on a business trip to the area, booked very last minute and their team was super responsive in getting the room details to me to check in even though it was late. I stayed in the carriage house so didn't see the main inn. It was fine, nothing fancy, and very basic, felt a bit like a dorm room, but it was comfortable. I am giving a 3 star review, for while the Inn is very charming, the location is perfect, the breakfast is spectacular, the rooms are clean and comfortable and quiet, the fact that there is no one at the inn to greet you, or to answer questions if problems arise, the fact that everything is online and remote, where you need to call and sometimes leave a message to get help, was really off-putting to me. Going to a country Inn is to have someone welcome you into their home. I hope...

5 minute walk to town
I will admit the lack of employees with automated texts left a bit to be desired but I understand it’s efficient. Would love if the rooms had a fan and if the cafe was included in the stay
