Amazing place to stay. Has charm and history. The Carriage House suite was perfect for four of us, very spacious and comfortable. Great breakfast restaurant onsite that serves amazing food. The owners were great with instructions and I loved the self check-in where we got in around 8pm. Walking distance to downtown Ipswich and close to Shaw’s. The commuter rail to Salem and Boston was just a 10-15 minute walk from the Inn. We’ll definitely be staying again!

While the inn is currently under renovation, my friend and I stayed in the carriage house and it was lovely. Really comfortable beds and cozy atmosphere located in a quaint, quiet, and quintessential New England neighborhood. Just a short walk from Sandpiper Bakery, which was delicious. Can’t wait to come back and get the full inn experience!

I had the most loveliest stay here at the Ipswich bed & breakfast, I had travelled from the UK solo (I then met with a friend once i’d arrived) for my birthday and I am so glad I chose to stay here. The owners and staff are just amazing, very attentive and they were so kind and caring. On the morning of my birthday they even surprised me with a little muffin when I came down for breakfast which might I add was DELICIOUS...
