Otto pizza is alway a great place to dine. The pizza is very good and the quality is always the same regardless of which one you visit! The staff is helpful, the pizza is always hot!

We had a custom pizza last evening and it was absolutely delicious. We started with the 4-cheese and added red sauce and eggplant. I have found it hard to get a good Italian-style pizza in Ipswich, so I'm very happy that Otto is now in town!

SO GOOD! We had never been and ordered pizza. It was cooked perfectly, not greasy at all, so much flavor in the caramelized pears and pulled pork combo and really great thin crust New York style pizza. It was the perfect amount of toppings, not cheap and not overloaded. Great job, guys. I gave them 4 stars because when we tried to order from their website there were certain meat pizzas it wouldn't let us choose the size for. It was not a seasonal thing. Also tried their homemade ranch and it was yummy! We will definitely order from there again!

First time trying Otto Pizza, and we were blown away! We both grew up in NY and lived in CT for 30 years, so we’re very particular about pizza, and have tried many places in the area. Some are very good, but Otto’s is spectacular. Thin crust, delicious flavors — we had the 4-cheese white pizza with spinach, and the meatball & ricotta red pizza. Both were absolutely delicious. We will be back….again and again!!

The food was delicious, but only the center of the pizza was edible. The crust was over 1" wide, and was too tough to eat. I liked the staff, but think that they need fans to keep them cool. They are going to be ill from heat exhaustion.

I ordered 2 pizzas tonight and the sausage Vidalia onion pizza had about 5 pieces of sausage and the new eggplant pizza was so wet and messy I felt like I went swimming with it. The cooks seemed more interested in the nice girl at the register than cooking the order right. I do hope you can fix these problems or you will lose business fast.

Pizza is like no other. Ingredients are very fresh and you can tell that they have perfected their recipe. Also I have never seen such specialized pizza. My friend and I get the mashed potatoes and scallions pizza and are addicted to the texture. You could not get a pizza with mashed potatoes anywhere else guaranteed.
The pizza is delicious NY Style. I like the thin crust. It was cooked all the way through and we got a cheese pizza and one with bacon, scallions and mashed potatoes. It was delicious!

We had their pizza before at their Newburyport location and were excited they opened a spot in Ipswich. We ordered our pizzas online and picked them up. The pizzas were delicious, the online ordering was easy and we were really happy with our experience. We'll be going back. Get the butternut squash & ricotta pizza - it's amazing.

Ordered here before, and typically really like the food. Last time, I got the margarita pizza, and it was so soggy, I didn’t eat it at all. Fast forward to tonight, my boyfriend wanted to order from there, so he got a meat lovers pizza, which he’s gotten before and loved. This time, it was completely soggy and he was pretty grossed out. When I called, the guy on the phone was like “oh sorry, I’ll talk to the cooks in the kitchen.” And I then asked about a refund for the pizza (we got the pizza, cheesy bread, meatballs and tiramisu) to which he had to call me back, so he could call his boss. When he called back, he said that “unless it was uncooked dough, and a health hazard, we can’t do a refund.” To which I was AMAZED…. Because WHAT DO YOU MEAN?? They were completely fine with us being disgusted and not enjoying a $20 pizza… after some back and forth, unfortunately I had to drive back to the pizza shop for a second time, just to prove the pizza was inedible. The customer service was incredibly horrendous. And for the price you pay- you shouldn’t be getting soggy pizza.!
