I don’t know how anyone can complain about this place. This is the best Italian food and pizza on the south shore. It’s always consistent, fresh and delicious.Everytime All the staff is super inviting and friendly. Our family goes here at least every other week and are never disappointed! It’s honestly one of the best restaurants around!

Excellent pizza..as good as it gets on the south shore! My favorite dish they make is the chicken parm..big butterflied chicken breast pounded out seasoned and cooked perfectly. I prefer a heavier meat sauce compared to theirs which is a lighter marinara sauce, but it is fresh, delicious and plentiful. Their bologaise is also excellent! We are never disappointed. It is a little pricey, but we'll worth it for the quality!

So I talked my friend into ordering 2 pizzas. We paid $52 and brought them home. Both pizzas were overcooked and the crust was burnt. I called and spoke to the manager Karen and expressed my dissatisfaction. Most restaurants would quickly remedy the situation for their valued customers. Karen however insisted I send pictures of the pizzas. Now the burden of proof was on me to show that the pizzas were burnt. After sending the pictures of the pizza Karen said well that's how we make them and if you have a problem with that you can call the owner and that's what he told me to do. Ok Karen so what you are telling me I could care less if you liked your pizza or not. That's how we make them weather you like them or not. And then she hung up on me REALLY? Ok A3 pizza I will stick with Papa Gino's from now on. Would it had been that hard to take a loss of $10 to keep your customers happy. To all that eat there this is how we make our food and you can like it or not

Literally just finished dining, and may i say OH MY GOD. Before i get into the food, first wanted to say the restaurant was very clean, and our server was so extremely nice. Went in with a family of 5, and everything we ordered came out in a very timely fashion, we didn’t have to wait too long for anything. We ordered 2 pizzas, one cheese, and one with sausage pepperoni and mushrooms. If you’re looking for a great new york style pizza this is the place to go. Absolutely amazing. My family and i have been looking for a good pizza place in plymouth/kingston and we finally found it. For appetizers we got the ricotta crostini, meatballs, and a caesar salad. The meatballs were amazingly delicious, and the caesar salad was with their homemade caesar dressing- to die for!! The ricotta crostini was good, but not our favorite. Personally not a big fan of cold ricotta but the flavor was still on point, plus it had a hot honey sauce that blended incredibly. Additionally, we also got the chicken parm and spaghetti, and the chicken piccata. Dare i say, it was the best chicken parm and piccata i’ve had in awhile. Chicken piccata was loaded with capers, pasta and chicken were perfectly cooked, and the sauce was just right. Chicken parm was off the hook, their homemade mariana was superb, and the chicken was cooked perfectly, not oily yet beautifully crisp. A3, we will definitely be returning.

Manager unpleasant
A3, are you ok ? We got 3 pizzas that looked like this (2 cheese and a meatball) , my jaw hurts from how hard and burned it was. I gave 3 stars simply because I've had good pizza there before , maybe 1 or 2 years ago and it was gooey and delicious. I'm annoyed my husband didn't check the pizzas when he picked up but he just assumed it was the usual quality. Disappointing

A-3 is one of the best restaurants ever, good food amazing service also. A Three serves up cracking Italian fare with authentic flavours, a cosy atmosphere, and just the right touch of inventive flair to keep things properly exciting.

Just had a take out pizza that was disappointing as it was well done. My prior review said best pizza on the South Shore but they have a bunch of new Dudes making the pies so I guess they are still learning. The taste and deliciousness is still there but well done the crust shatters when you bite it.

Popped in with my (picky eater) daughter after a hockey game at the Bog in Kingston. We made it just in time apparently, because after we arrived a steady flow of traffic came into the restaurant: both for some in and takeout. There is a huge parking lot to accommodate A3 and an adjacent restaurant. A3 smells like an Italian kitchen with the scent of tomatoes, olive oil, oregano and cheese wafting through the air. We were seated at a table for 4. Service was fantastic. Our large Caesar salad with huge homemade croutons (I asked for extra) came out first. It was dressed gently to our liking. The classic 'Red Pizza' came out second.and was very good. The crust is devine. I ripped off my crust and ate with with my salad. The only critique is the wait staff was SO efficient that we felt like they wanted us out as the mass of people poured in. That was likely our assumption. The server who came with the check and ultimately the POS device to our table was a delight.

Cheese pizza was dry & tasted like it had been sitting under a warming lamp for hours. It was awful. I threw it out. $21 for pure rubbish.

Great thin, full sized pizza, which is a rarety on the South Shore. Their chicken and eggplant parms are excellent.
