I am absolutely blown away by the customer service at Cancun Mexican Restaurant. I had placed a party order a day earlier than I needed it, and to my surprise, they called to let me know it was ready. Realizing my mistake, I asked if they could just keep it in the fridge so I could pick it up the next day and reheat it. I was pretty bummed that I had made such a silly error for my daughter’s birthday party.

When we went to pick up the order, I couldn’t believe what they had done—they had completely remade all the food, fresh for the party! They absolutely did not have to go above and beyond like that, especially since it was my mistake and not theirs. Thanks to Michael and the wonderful team at Cancun, the food was delicious, fresh, and exactly what my daughter wanted for her special day.

This kind of thoughtful, generous customer service is rare, and we are so grateful. Cancun had already earned our loyalty (we go often, including in the restaurant for my son's birthday every year)—we’ll be back again and again! So grateful to Michael!

Service was excellent, a very friendly young lady. The first thing to make me angry was the one dollar take out fee, it caught me unaware. I hate places that punish you for eating out. Next came the quality of the food, the salsa,chips and guacamole was fine, visual the burrito was wonderful, but the chicken was unbelievably DRY,

Cancun truly has the best Mexican food and margaritas around – hands down my go-to spot every time. I made the mistake of trying another place recently, and honestly, I felt like I was cheating on Cancun. The food was bland, the flavors just didn’t compare, and the overall experience fell flat. Cancun continues to set the standard, and nothing else even comes close!

This is a go to spot for us. There is always a table or bar seat available, the food is outstanding and the margaritas are excellent. There are a ton of options for types of margaritas and they also do pitchers. My husband always gets the Chile Verde and I either get the fajitas or a burrito bowls. The portions are generous and they take allergies seriously. They have both flour and corn tortillas.

It can be loud especially on a Friday or Saturday as it’s a good place for larger parties. It usually quiets down about 8 and it also has some nice outdoor seating in the warmer weather.

There are two bars; the one in the back is smaller but always has a game on. The prices are also very reasonable which is appreciated when every restaurant seems to get more and more expensive.

Absolutely amazing food. We stopped here on a road trip with young kids because you can't go wrong with Mexican food but this place was perfect. Fast, delicious, kid friendly, and the guacamole was as good as advertised. They made it fresh at our table!

Friendly staff, they sat us at a high top by the bar for some reason so the bar tender had to keep running out from behind the bar. Didn’t have an actual server, though other tables seemed to. Chips and salsa were pretty good but a small portion with no seconds offered. Ordered wings, they gave us boneless wings dryer than a fart, tasted like someone across the room was thinking about buffalo sauce, there was next to none on the chicken nuggets. Got the trio fajitas. Bland as can be and pitiful portion, thankfully they had hot sauce on the table so the food could taste like something. Not worth coming back.

The build your own burrito is way overpriced. They charge you for everything you put on the burrito which is usually standard. Like lettuce, pico de gallo, rice, and beans. all said and down for a steak burrito I was looking at $22. Way overpriced.
