As usual, Carmela's does a fine job keeping a reservation, making a tasty meal, and getting us out the door w/o an overly long stay. My wife ordered a special, and I ordered a standard meal off the menu. Both were prepared very well and the portions were generous. The ambience was better than usual at holiday time when the restaurant hosts some large parties. Our server was polite and cooperative. Overall, a nice evening and a good experience. We'll come back.
