Didn't know what my order was. Very common to me. Had to call manager over.
The manger there is always smiling and giving positive energy. Their food is amazing it’s always perfect and hot if you ordered something hot. The service is a 5/5, quick and speedy with it.

Went to get a Chipotle hash brown wake up wrap, they spread it out evenly. They are quick with their service, especially if you have a mobile order or coming from the drive thru. I told them once I was allergic to cheese, they immediately changed their gloves and used brand new ones to make my avocado toast. They greeted me with a welcome and a smile.
100% recommend, stop by if your near it next time!

Absolutely one of the worst around!
You’re either going to get a coffee that is 900° and burnt and taste absolutely disgusting or they’ll just make it completely wrong altogether and then have some excuses for why.
Or now if you’re really lucky, you’ll get one of the people they’ve recently hired that speak no English at all !how you can hire people in a business where you’re constantly speaking with and dealing with customers and taking orders seems kind of crazy, but what do I know? I was only told that my coffee that I’ve ordered for the past 10 years that’s always been the same price was now $9.50 because the person that spoke no English was just pushing buttons. I really don’t feel like it’s too much of an ask to have people that live in America to at least know the language enough to at least use it out their job

I asked for iced coffee, blueberry, milk, and sugar.
When I ordered the over talkative young man who, I had interrupted his very important story he was telling his manager, confirmed I wanted milk by saying "huh weird you want milk instead of cream" and I let it pass because I thought at least he understood.
I pay. He finishes his story to his manager. Still had typed in cream, made it with cream, despite him saying to me huh you want it with milk.
I ask his female coworker to remake it with milk. She just looks at the cup and makes it with cream again.
Offers me the coffee she had just made for herself. Ironically the exact coffee I had asked for milk and everything.
But she says she took a sip of it and I might not want it because she touched it. Which yea I don't want it.
Third time I had to ask the manager to remake it. And the young man laughs and says" 3rd time is the charm"
Apparently they do know how to make coffee without cream, just only for themselves.
Clearly two nincompoops and an overwhelmed manager
