I asked for iced coffee, blueberry, milk, and sugar.

When I ordered the over talkative young man who, I had interrupted his very important story he was telling his manager, confirmed I wanted milk by saying "huh weird you want milk instead of cream" and I let it pass because I thought at least he understood.

I pay. He finishes his story to his manager. Still had typed in cream, made it with cream, despite him saying to me huh you want it with milk.

I ask his female coworker to remake it with milk. She just looks at the cup and makes it with cream again.

Offers me the coffee she had just made for herself. Ironically the exact coffee I had asked for milk and everything.

But she says she took a sip of it and I might not want it because she touched it. Which yea I don't want it.

Third time I had to ask the manager to remake it. And the young man laughs and says" 3rd time is the charm"

Apparently they do know how to make coffee without cream, just only for themselves.

Clearly two nincompoops and an overwhelmed manager

worst dunkin i’ve been to, they were out of everything, we ordered bagels they didn’t have we ordered croasaints they didn’t have it, they were out of lemonade, we had to wait 10 minutes for the green tea to be ready, whoever the manager is should be fired because she is not doing a good job.

This gotta be one of the worst dunks in the area. When Jess used to run the window, I would come here every day. After she left, the service went out the window. Visit one of the other locations for fast friendly service.

I love it when you get a completely burnt sandwich. How can someone see that and just let it go out the window?! Get it together!

Why does the coffee there taste so bad? Literally just go to a different Dunkin down the street and it tastes 10x better. Why?

I have a soft spot for this Dunkin' location since it is the successor to the original Kingston Dunkin' that I used to visit during my childhood. It has a spacious drive-through, and it is situated in a cute little plaza that aims to enhance the appeal of this part of Main Street. The location is convenient as it is on my way back home after dropping my kid off at the nearby elementary school. Moreover, this Dunkin' offers paper coupons in my local mail, something that other Dunkin' locations in the area do not provide. Despite these advantages, it's my second choice Dunkin'. I don't trust that I will receive a decent, well-toasted bagel with cream cheese since they lack attention to detail and quality of service. If you want high-quality service, it would be better to head north to the "end of the Universe" Dunks twins at Exit 20 (old Exit 10) or wait for the post-renovation reopening of the Commerce Way Mobil Dunkin' which is located right across the Plymouth line.

The girl with long nails that works the drive thru is always rude to me and my mom. They can never make a coffee right whether u doordash it or go there yourself. they can’t even read a sticker i doordashed a coffee with 6 cream, got it delivered and it was made black. someone there needs glasses or to get fired they don’t know what they’re doing in the slightest and it’s embarrassing.
