My hot latte was cold (not cool, not iced, just coffee and milk out of the fridge). Egg bites and loaded hash browns were cold in the middle

I had stopped daily for awhile now. Hands down the worst dunkin around. Charged for large coffees and served mediums constantly. Attitude 9 times out of 10, go to the dunks next-door

Once every month or so I give this and the 187 Dunkin another shot. Both have the same owner. No matter how far away I pre-order, I still always wait and the coffee is “sus” (as the cool kids like to say nowadays). Any 5-star reviews are likely not locals. I gave them a little extra credit for being open 24/7.

The hot coffee is flavorless......it's just warm water with cream and my order is wrong 50% of the time. A large hot coffee with cream and plain bagel with cream cheese. Not talking a super complex order here.

Sometimes the employees do not answer or even wear they headset. This one today was ignoring me and watching his phone.
Even if they say that they’re 24h, it has happened in the past with other employees.
In one occasion I had to get inside and talk to another employee who was sitting and hidden in the storage room.
I was only one in line & I ordered my sandwich fine. But I was standing there waiting for my sandwich & realized no one was making it. They were all just standing there talking & laughing. I had to ask who was going to make my sandwich. Then as I’m walking away with sandwich, I heard laughing. NOT very good customer service at all !

Newer staff lately, and you can see they are mostly trying their hardest get items out. Staff has always been friendly to me!

Ari is extremely rude to customers and Nouria employees as well as the employee Jean who has been with that Dunkin for way longer than her. She is extremely disrespectful

Placed a mobile order for drive through and was sitting at the window with nobody ahead of me for 7 minutes while the staff was visibly sitting on their phones and talking and I could see orders sitting on the shelf but nobody came to the window.

The staff at the restaurant I went to did not want to see me and kept doing as they wanted to do. Finally once someone came to help me my coffee was made wrong 3 times and just very frustrated 🥴

Consistent at being the slowest Dunkin around
The staff are always friendly; however my order is constantly wrong. I use the mobile app to be able to be in and out, and to clearly indicate what I want, but it’s always a mess whether it’s swapping oat milk (disgusting) for skim milk, or serving bagel minis cold with the cream cheese still slightly frozen, it’s a disaster. Two mornings in a row this week is what’s making we right this review. I had to pay for a second coffee after my commute into the city at 530am because it was undrinkable for the second day in a row. At this point I’ll take an employee who cusses me out but hands me the right cup of coffee every morning over paying for something I have toss out just because she gives me a friendly good morning.

So they gave my food out to the person in front of me and my wife's avocado toast was upside-down in the box.

It’s 8:08 and they are supposed to be closed. A lady and gentleman were cleaning up. The gentleman was SO kind and friendly and let me order something before he closed. Thank you
