The staff are always friendly; however my order is constantly wrong. I use the mobile app to be able to be in and out, and to clearly indicate what I want, but itās always a mess whether itās swapping oat milk (disgusting) for skim milk, or serving bagel minis cold with the cream cheese still slightly frozen, itās a disaster. Two mornings in a row this week is whatās making we right this review. I had to pay for a second coffee after my commute into the city at 530am because it was undrinkable for the second day in a row. At this point Iāll take an employee who cusses me out but hands me the right cup of coffee every morning over paying for something I have toss out just because she gives me a friendly good morning.

Says 24 hours on the store and on the highway. Pulled off to get coffee and it was closed. About to stop trying Dunkinā Donuts all together. They are a joke of a en establishment. This happens weekly they are closed when they say they are supposed to be 24hrs.

If I could give zero stars I would. The staff is unbelievably rude and super incompetent. This place was decent at one point, now its subpar at best. If you want incomplete orders and to be talked to like youāre garbage then this is the place for you!

Found a hair in the cheese of my sandwhich. On another account I ordered a small iced coffee with salted caramel cold foam. The cashier put it in wrong so I got regular cold foam and when I reminded them I wanted the salted caramel cold foam, she gave me a big attitude and was extremely rude. Another time I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on an english and got white cheddar cheese. Avoid

I ordered 2 donuts and 1 ice tea with less ice and 2 liquid sugar. Then it came out 3 donuts and the tea with 3 white sugar. I said I want liquid sugar, the staff said you should said it next time before she made a new one (she poured out the tea out of the original.) ? After checking the receipt, 3 donuts and 3 sugar were listed. It makes me think... does the staff really understand TWO is different than THREE?! ??
