Girls working don't seens to know what they doing they slow ,pretend they don't see you or try to ignore you there was a guy in front of me and just cuz he was having a lil hard time making he's order they ignore him and refuse to service him , also they service my coffee my order was regular hot they give it to me old coffee test terrible and not even hot it was less than warm ,I ask for toasted begal w cream cheese they put on the bag a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant. Wish I had to throw away cuz I didn't have time to return do to my time for work so enjoy my free money .they close way too early too , and be careful in the evening a bunch of kids on bicycles scratching the park cars.

Person taking the orders and drive-through the girl the ponytail I don’t know what her problem is. She can’t hear in there. Somebody shouldn’t be having her work on drive-through one inside now very nice inside but the man making my coffee was.

I think corporate should look into this location. It should not be hit/or miss as much as it is. It's a miracle if i get a coffee that is drinkable, it consistently taste like its been left on the burner for days. I won't be spending another dime here as the owner clearly doesn't care nor should the customers.

What the heck is going on with this location? Waiting 10 minutes in a not busy drive-thru. Got my hash browns and they were burnt. Took them 5 minutes to find my mobile order and then something was missing from it, to which they correct it so I give them a thumbs up for customer service.

You want to get in and out there The staff is quick and very kind only thing I hate is there cups they drip from the covers that's every Dunkins though. They gotta fix the issue sick of cleaning up coffee in my car cup holder.

2 young kids stood at the register flirting with girls while we waited 20 mins for our food. Horrible service When asked if he could ring us up the said that he didn't know how to work the register.
Let me preface by saying I have always gone to this dunks and never had an issue always accommodating and pleasant and they get my order right.Today I went on my break to grab a drink for me and my co worker .I drove up and told them nothing was coming through the speaker which may have been my fault or a tech issue but then girl at the window said I had to drive through again and didn't seem apologetic in the least. Finally second time around got mine and my co workers drinks and they were made wrong. My small iced matcha was filled halfway not fully and my co workers hot oat milk latte was replaced with a small hot decaf. I had run out of time on my break so I couldn't even fix it. But super disappointed because my dunks trip is the thing I look forward to most in my work day.
