I stopped in to 42nd brewery in Kingston today and had a fantastic time! The owner was high energy and clearly passionate about the place, which made it all the more fun. The vibe was welcoming and relaxed, with games available and a great set up.
I had the Ship Faced IPA – so good! They also serve food on weekends, which we will definitely be back to try. Even though a private event was starting just as we arrived, they still let us hang out and made us feel right at home.
Highly recommend checking it out if you’re in the area!
Great vibes great beer plus live music
Would highly recommend. Made a stop here while on vacation and had a great experience. Solid beers and great conversation with one of the owners, Steve. He went above and beyond with our service the entire time we were there. Thanks for the great service and beer!
Amazing Place!!!
Great brewery! A must. The staff was wonderful and the brews yummy. Very friendly and we travel every weekend to a different brew n loved this!
Awesome brewery with great beer and vibes.
Tried there beer at the fort taber food truck festival in New bedford mass. We loved the beer. We are from the Plymouth mass. Area. And plan on going to the brewery
Perfect brewery. All the coziness of a pub with the selection and ease of a taproom. Highly recommend!
Good beer, good location, friendly staff, supportive of the community!
I've found a new favorite brewery! It's great to see such a cool place in the heart of Kingston's downtown. We need more amazing options like this in our town center. Forty Second Brewery pays homage to the fact that the 42nd parallel runs straight through Kingston. There's even a marker celebrating this off of Landing Road, not far from Bay Farm. The owners of Forty Second Brew Co. have transformed a run-down old restaurant space into a trendy spot with exposed brick, rough hewn boards, and delicious IPAs.
If you're lucky, you might witness a keg being kicked by one of the patrons, and see how they celebrate such milestones and share them on social media.
Update: By the time I made it there for my second visit within two weeks I got recognized for kicking a keg of their Three Sheets To the Wind IPA (6.9 ABV), I had the privilege of joining a winning trivia team, and celebrated the birthday of a new friend. Forty Second for the win!

We specifically traveled here from out of town because we heard they had great beer and a really hot bar tender on Friday nights. The beer was awesome. The regular bar tender must have gotten his shift covered but I didn't want to ask.
Great space, great guys, even Falco, beer is first class.
First craft brewery that has pilsner, great atmosphere
