This was the third time trying Jones River Tavern. The last 2 times were within the first 3 months of opening. What a transformation in the last couple of years!!! We got the food Togo but it was spectacular. I highly recommend getting the 3 meat platter. Everything was fall off the bone tender. The brisket just melts in your mouth. If you like thick creamy cheesy mac then get it. The slaw has a good creamy/tang balance. Normally fried pickles are soggy traveling. They still
In the area and decided to give this place a try since they had great reviews. The food was delicious. We had the meat sampler, chili with cheese and jalapeño and a cheese bar style pizza. The service was also great. Definitely will be back!
