Got a pastrami to go. Wanted it toasted, it was burnt & the worst sandwich I've had in a long time. My work partner got a chicken wrap minus the chicken. It was supposed to have chicken but few pieces were too be found. 2/10 would not recommend.

Napoli is undoubtedly the cleanest pizza shop in South Shore, and the food is exceptional—not to mention family-friendly. I can confidently say that I love their pizza, but what truly impresses me is the owner. She takes cleanliness to a whole new level, making her establishment shine like no other. Trust me, if you’re looking for great pizza in a spotless environment, Napoli is the place to be!

Overcooked pasta extremely mushy. Took two bites and that was it. Even the dog wouldn't eat it. Pizza has some flavor no. Crisp though no flop it was horribly greasy . I'm a one and done reviewer. Never trying this food again. Completely worthless.

This was overall a horrific experience... and that's an understatement. I have been there a few times so this was not a one off heinous experience. There were a couple workers that work there that persistently have a disgusting attitude that utterly appalls me. I do not know their names I just know that the worst one is one of the women workers there. She was rushing me with my order and extremely dismissive, even though she had no right considering she messed up my order. Overall, the pizza was not all that bad, however, the last time I went I got food poisoning. I will give them the benefit of the doubt on that one. The main thing for me was the service. Like I said I do not know the woman's name, but it would be in the best interest of this restaurant to fire her. Shouldn't be that hard to fish her out from the rest all things considered.

Ordered and was told it would be 25 minutes, we show up after 30 and still have to wait an additional 15 minutes. The counter girl was beyond rude to every customer that called (including us), every customer that came in, rolling her eyes and making it seem that our existence is nothing but annoying. While sitting there we even heard her talking to her coworkers about how another customer said to her how rude she was being while taking her order. SO after finally getting our food my boyfriend’s food was wrong AND the wrap he did get wasn’t even rolled right so it just fell apart. I got a side of fries with my sandwich and my fries were freezing cold, which simply doesn’t make sense considering we were told to wait for our food so you’d assume it would be super fresh and hot. Guess not. Motz sticks were thick but zero seasoning so yeah, gonna avoid this place going forward. The one younger guy behind the counter was super polite though! He came over and brought us stuff to eat off of which was kind.

I preordered online for a couple of pizzas on my way home from school conferences and I am so glad I did! I got the Big Mac pizza and a plain cheese. They were fantastic! The young man behind the counter was very polite and welcoming. I’ve eaten there tons but it’s been a while.. I will definitely be ordering from them again soon!
Food isn’t bad, not great either. But for what they charge you would think a sub would come with frys. Staff was nice enough. Over all underwhelming because it was my first time here and I only tried it because it has good reviews.

How do they call them lil chicklets jumbo wings. 22 bucks and I have a 8 dollar tip. Cold fries, and tiny wings. Nope never again.
