It's a take out pizza joint. Pizzas and salads are good. Gluten free crust was good. Bacon was plentiful on the pizza, crumbles not strips. Few tables to sit at if you do want to eat in but nothing to do inside other than listen to the boys in the back.

Dangerous - Albanian man hurtled threats over the phone, threatening to cause serious bodily harm, and shoot my loved ones over hanging up the phone mid order due to his rudeness. Woman inside also said inflammatory comments about my race, and told me to come to their store and get beat up. Unfriendly, dangerous, and an unwelcome business in the neighborhood.

Napoli’s has been our go to for 6+ years. Our top two items ordered are half cheese/half pepperoni pie and teriyaki steak and cheese calzone with pickles and it’s THE BEST. Everyone is always so friendly!!

Plenty of pizza places South of Boston have Syrian spinach pies on the menu. These guys do that too, but they also put that filling on the pizza ?. We liked it very much!Vegetarian options: It's a pizza place. Design your own veggie pizza or get the Mediterranean pizza. They also have falafel ? platters
We order pizza there tonight for a birthday party we actually had some guests who asked if we were getting the same pizza as we did for our other son last month because they loved it. Especially the chicken bacon ranch. My husband went to pick up and even though I did text my husband the order to make sure he didn’t miss anything, a pizza was missing from the order and I called and they delivered to me house in record time. I couldn’t believe how quick they were here and so willing to resolve the issue! Food was also great!

Your delivery drivers are constantly speeding through our neighborhood with zero regard to children, speed bumps (intended to slow drivers down and keep resident safe), or the fact that it's a residential street. Neighbors have called and spoke to "managers" and they apologize, but the driver behavior doesn't. Today a blue Rav4 with a Napolis Pizza sign on the roof was driving 35mph at least. Imagine the headline "Napolis Pizza Driver hits child pedestrian in neighborhood" great for business, right?!

We used to love Napoli's. We just ordered a large calzone and it was not even half the size before. $25. something plus change plus tip.We always got the large calzone because it was so big! Now, not so much.Nevermind the way I was rushed of the phone! We are very disappointed!!!

The customer service is HORRIBLE!!!! They mess up on your order most of the times and they’re very rude and disrespectful. They will literally hung up on you before you’re done ordering. Order from somewhere else! DONT GO THERE!!!!!
