We had a dual celebration for my daughter’s Pre K graduation and my husband’s upcoming birthday with our family consisting of 16 people and it was perfect! Tina was so helpful with taking our large order ahead of time and amazing to communicate with! Our entire party felt welcome in the dining room as soon as we arrived. The menu items we had discussed were warm and ready. Everyone raved about how yummy all the food was and we enjoyed our time together having a wonderful family dinner to celebrate our little graduate and birthday guy! Throughout our stay Tina was attentive checking in on us, thank you! We will definitely be back for future occasions.

At 6:15pm I ordered our pizza, chicken/fry basket, and small breadsticks for a scheduled pickup time of 7:00pm. The “pick up asap” time was for “6:55”. Since I work until 7pm in the same plaza as the Papa Gino’s, I figured that 7:00 was a safe time. Definitely didn’t want our dinner to be done way before the pickup time. Waited in line for a little longer than expected, no big deal. Once it was my turn at 7:10, it took a fairly long time to find. Down and to my left I saw food under a hot light with times labeled “7:20” and others “7:30”. I hoped our 7:00 food wasn’t done and waiting under a hot lamp for 30 minutes or so.. finally, our food was found, on a shelf behind the cashier with a plethora of other items. When I was handed the food, was barely Luke warm to the touch. Took 7 minutes to drive it home. The pizza was hard as a rock. My daughter said her chicken basket was “alright”. The breadsticks were slightly salvageable. 2 slices of a rustic pizza were eaten. The rest wasn’t touched. Highly disappointed in the experience.

Ordered online. Food never came. Couldn't reach by phone or online. You've lost a longtime customer.
Ordered online and told one hour. When I arrived to pick up was told they were very busy and it would be another hour. When I came back one hour later was told the misplaced one of the pizzas and it would only be twenty minutes. Almost 2 1/2 hours to get one hot and one cold pizza.

The front of the house is clean enough. But the tables and chairs and the bathrooms and the rug don’t look like they've been cleaned in a decade. Everytime i cone to this location and ask for steak and cheese in a pocket they don’t have pockets/pita bread. Why? There should be consistency with each location and Kingston doesn’t have any of that. Staff is friendly though and kitchen is busy all the time.

I recently visited the Papa Gino’s in Kingston, MA for the first time in a few years. The place has definitely changed for the better, with modern decor and sleek hardwood floors giving it a fresh, updated feel. Since it was conveniently on my way from work, I placed an online order and was given the pickup time of 6:55 PM. Unfortunately, things took a turn for the worse. I arrived at 7:00 PM, only to wait until 7:28 PM for my order to be ready. The question is, why not provide a more accurate pickup time? When my name was finally called, the pizzas were handed over with no acknowledgment or apology for the delay. While I didn’t expect stellar customer service, the lack of basic courtesy was disappointing and reminded me why we had stopped coming here before. That said, the pizza and breadsticks were still just as delicious as ever.
