I haven't been to Percy's in over 10 years but it was still the same. Alicia was my waitress and was very nice, very attentive. I had the Veggie Omelet with hash browns with their delectable, famous cornbread. Delicious!!! My only slight disappointment was the side of hollandaise sauce I ordered for my hash browns. It was a delicious sauce, but didn't have that distinct hollandaise flavor, it was more yellow, and was a bit 'broken' or separated. I have a very simple recipe I might loan to the chef. All in all...excellent!

Country Fried Hamburger - NOT steak. Also, I could barely chew the “hash brown” and it tasted like dirty dish water (seriously, how do you mess up a hash brown?!). The server was great - hence 2 stars instead of 1.

Food choices are insane!! The waffle was decorated by our server, Alyssa, who is AWESOME. Love all the booths, but sometimes it gets very loud, but it was terrific. Had maple pecan French toast, hash Benedict, banana split waffle.

Food is typically pretty good but lately it has been thrown together carelessly the avocados are brown and just tossed anywhere. I don’t typically leave bad reviews, but this has been consistently happening and consistently getting worse. I’d say if you want a good breakfast you’re much better off going to early bird up the street

We went to the Kingston location and had Jasmine M as our server. She introduced herself and seemed nice but once she put in the order she was extremely rude. She came with our food, pretty much tossed both plates on our table and walked about without saying a single word. After she realized we had finished eating she came over and slammed the check (receipt) down and walked away, again without saying anything. We put our card down and about 5 minutes later she came back and snatched the receipt, once again, without saying absolutely anything. She was also waiting the tables infront of us and next to us and didn’t treat them anywhere near how she treated us. I’ve never had a server so rude. Will not be coming back.

Went here for breakfast this morning after reading everyone’s reviews. I drive past here all the time and I never thought to go in! TheAtmosphere is very homey, and very country, which I love! We were greeted by our waitress Jasmine, whom welcomed us in with a great big smile. Not only was she friendly, but she provided excellent service! She was attentive and checked on us often, but wasn’t over the top, she was fabulous! Now the food it’s basically your average breakfast stop, but the food is good not great but good. There is large menu for breakfast and lunch. Make sure you read the front of the menu because there is a 7% surcharge due to inflation, which is about everywhere you go now.. they do not accept 50 or $100 bills so make sure you have a credit card debit card or any other bills. There is plenty of parking and they do have a nice outdoor patio section as the nice weather comes. They also have a small bakery section as you’re leaving if you would like to purchase anything. Percy’s is right off the highway, great location! Prices are reasonable even with the 7%!We will be back for to check out their lunch menu! overall great family owned business with fabulous service good food great location and plenty of parking!???
